Podstawową, najbardziej znaną procedurą numerologiczną jest przypisywanie literom cyfr od 1 do 9. Jako podstawę obliczeń przyjmuje się międzynarodowy alfabet numerologiczny:

Używamy generalnie numerologii Pitagorejskiej, gdzie przyporządkowanie numerków oparte jest na kolejnosci liter w alfabecie. Litery narodowe dopisuje sie do litery głównej, od ktorej pochodzą. Np Ą ma taką samą wibrację numerologiczną jak A.

Hasłowa interpretacja tych cyfr jest następująca:

1 – liczba unifikacji, jedności, matki
2 – liczba konfliktów, dwoistości
3 – liczba Serca, trócy
4 – liczba Żywiołów, podstaw, natury
5 – liczba Duszy lub Żywiołów
6 – silne ego
7 – ścieżka mistyczna
8 – liczba biznesmenów, władzy i bogactwa, materialistów
9 – liczba doskonałości, perfekcji, ojca

W celu glebszej analizy numerologicznej, pełniejszej interpretacji imienia lub nazwiska lub nazwy miejscowości, ale też poszukiwania ukrytych znaczeń i tendencji, stosuje się rozwiniętą wersję liczbowania. Wyliczeń dokonuje się wówczas dla trzech następujących aspektów: Ducha, Jaźni i Ciała, co jest odpowiednio określane jako Nous, Psyche i Soma. Soma tyczy spraw życiowych, codziennych, cielesnych, jest to Ciało, Materia, Świadomość. Psyche to liczba Psychikonu, czyli emocjonalno-myślowej natury, umysłu, Astromentalu, Duszy, Podświadomości. Nous to sfera Ducha, Nadświadomości. Taki podział opiera się na prostej zasadzie rozwijania i skracania liczb. Przyporządkowania liczbowe dla poszczególnych aspektów dla pełnego wyliczania numerologicznego portretu osobonazwy NPS (Nous – Psyche – Soma) zawiera poniższa tabelka.

Dane te z łatwością można obliczyć samemu. Koluma Soma to powszechnie znany podział dziewiątkowy. Kolumna Psyche wynika z numeru porządkowego, jaki ma dana litera w alfabecie (bez polskich znaków). Gdy od niej odejmujemy jeden (1) i wstawiamy (1) na początku (lub inaczej: po odjęciu 1 dodajemy 100), uzyskujemy liczbę Nous. A jak cyfry tej liczby dodamy do siebie otrzymujemy cyfrę elementarną, skróconą, potrzebną do interpretacji Soma. Przykładowo dla litery P: numer porządkowy w alfabecie to 16 (Psyche). Odejmujemy 1 i dostawiamy 1 na początku i w ten sposób uzyskujemy Nous=115 (albo 16-1+100=115). Jak dodamy do siebie cyfry z liczby 115 (1+1+5) otrzymamy (7), czyli cyfrę Soma, podobnie gdy dodamy 1+6 = (7).

Wyliczenia numerologicznego osobonazwy dokonujemy dla tych trzech aspektów, wpisując obok każdej literki imienia i/lub nazwiska czy miejscowości odpowiednie wartości tych trzech aspektów.

Wyliczenie numerologiczne NPS (tzw. numerogram) dla miejscowości Sopot przedstawia się następująco:

Zanim zaczniemy taki portret liczbowy interpretować, należy zapoznać się z pewnymi podstawowymi zasadami interpretacyjnymi. Nie jest możliwe ich przestrzeganie bez znajomości cyklów życiowych, oraz liczb specjalnych – mistrzowskich i demonicznych.

Cykle rozwoju

W zależności od numerologicznej wibracji pierwszej i ostatniej litery danej osobonazwy, można wyróżnić trzy cykle rozwoju:

stagnacyjny

– gdy pierwsza i ostatnia litera mają tę samą wibrację, np. imiona: Alima, Andrzej, Justyna. To dobry cykl życiowy z takim samym końcem jak i początkiem (A)=1. – gdy ostatnia litera osobonazwy odpowiada cyfrze niższej niż litera pierwsza, np. większość polskich imion żeńskich: Gosia (G)=7 ⇒(spadek)⇒ (A)=1, Maria (M)=5 ⇒(spadek)⇒ (A)=1, Hanna (H)=8 ⇒(spadek)⇒ (A)=1, Ewelina (E)=5 ⇒(spadek)⇒ (A)=1, ale też przykładowo: Kuba (K)=2 ⇒(spadek)⇒ (A)=1, Rafał (R)=9 ⇒(spadek)⇒ (Ł)=3. Kolejny każdy cykl przy takim imieniu jedzie w dół:

Z takim imieniem trudno jest podnieść się w górę, to cykl degeneracyjny w każdym powtórzeniu, a im większa różnica między cyfrą pierwszą a ostatnią, tym upadek bardziej ostry. W przedstawionym przykładzie 7-1=6, czyli kolejny cykl zaczyna się o 6 stopni niżej niż pierwszy i każdy kolejny zaczyna się o kolejnych 6 punktów niżej. Przy cyklach upadających trzeba się ratować w nowym cyklu zaczynając coś nowego, aby nie zjechać na dno.

– gdy ostatnia litera osobonazwy odpowiada cyfrze wyższej niż litera pierwsza, np. imiona: Mohan (M)=4 ⇒(wzrost)⇒ (N)=5, Sławomir (S)=1 ⇒(wzrost)⇒ (R)=9, Mateusz (M)=4 ⇒(wzrost)⇒ (Z)=8. Każdy kolejny cykl przy takim imieniu jedzie w górę. Przy imieniu Mohan, osoba zawsze kończy 1 stopień wyżej niż zaczęła (5-4=1).

Ta cykliczność i jej posów, skok, tyczy wszystkich dziedzin, jakimi się ludzie zajmują – biznesem, miłością, polityką i duchowością. Kształt cyklu służy do jasnowidzenia, jak się wszystkie rzeczy człowiekowi ułożą. To są głębokie kwestie i nie należy ich spłycać, to determinanta całego życia, losu.

Jako osobonazwa o określonej ilości liter w swoim imieniu podziel życie na ilość liter i zobacz, do jakiego cyklu pasujesz, jaka wibracja (której litery) realizuje się w tej chwili. Ile życia za, a ile przed tobą. Rozrysuj swoje imię na wykresie korzystając z numeracji SOMA.

Liczby mistrzowskie

Jeśli w dodawaniu, w sumie końcowej uzyskamy liczby składające się tylko z takich samych cyfr, np. dwucyfrowe: 11, 22, 33 itd. lub trzycyfrowe: 111, 222, 333 itd, rozpatrujemy je bez dalszego skracania i traktujemy jako Liczby Mistrzowskie. Liczby te dzielą się na Mniejsze i Większe Liczby Wtajemniczeń. Mniejsze liczby wtajemniczeń to: 11, 22, 33, 44. Większe liczby Wtajemniczeń Planetarnych, czyli Pięć Wtajemniczeń Duchowych to liczby 55, 66, 77, 88, 99.

Cieniem liczby 33 jest ego, 6, przez które wielu upada, szczególnie w kraju o wibracji takiej jak POLSKA.

Liczby diabelskie

W ramach poszukiwania ukrytych wibracji numerologicznych, istotne jest wyłapanie wibracji demonicznych. Z liczb dwucyfrowych należą do nich kolejno 17, 15 i 23 poczynając od największego natężenia zła, które liczby ze sobą niosą. Z liczb trzycyfrowych, a więc w sferze Nous najbardziej demoniczne imiona to wibracje 666, później cała rodzina imion od 660-669 z dwiema szóstkami na początku. Potem te, które mają w ogóle dwie szóstki w składzie Nous (trzycyfrowej sumy), np. 566, 626, 606, jest to pewna satanistyczno-okultystyczna gradacja w hierarchii, a posiadanie demonicznej „ksywki” czy personaliów to i stopień zaawansowania w czarnej loży, nawet jak osoba jest nieświadomym narzędziem. Liczba 665 to matka/ojciec Szatana (liczba poprzednia do 666), a liczba 667 to syn/córka Diabła (liczba następna po 666). Niestety, liczba 668 (Polska) to tzw. wnuczka Diabła.

Generalnie przy imieniu lub nazwisku, sześcioliterowym, warto być czujnym. Niektórzy Nauczyciele duchowi dają imiona 5 lub 7-literowe, a sześcioliterowe w ogóle omijają. Z przesadną ostrożnością można też unikać dawania dzieciom imion sześcioliterowych, unikać nazwisk sześcioliterowych. Ale bez paniki, bo przykładowo 665 a 566 niewiele się różnią wibracyjną energią końcową, tym bardziej, że dają 17, najbardziej chyba diabelską liczbę dwucyfrową! Przykładowo 766, 686, 366, 466 to też czortowski syfek w Imieniu, Nazwisku czy nazwie miejscowości. Maryja i Piekło to 662, wibracje energetyczne tożsame, jedno wyraża drugie i do niego prowadzi, jakby się ktoś pytał. To jest wiedza duchowo-naukowa. A jeśli chodzi o demoniczne imiona typu 666 (Diabły) i zbliżone to przykładowa lista imion, osób, na których skłonności trzeba bezwzględnie uważać!

Grupa 6 w negatywnym aspekcie to silne egoizmy, sobkostwo, narcyzm, autyzm, własne (chore) ścieżki, izolacjonizm, brak współpracy, oddzielenie, niezdolność do pracy we wspólnocie, rozbicie związków – niezdolność do życia we dwoje, odpychanie innych od siebie, trudność w tworzeniu grup, rozbijanie grup porzucanie pracy, olewanie ludzi, ignorowanie poleceń nauczycieli i przewodników. Silne cechy egoistyczno-izolacyjne, chore postawy ego! Nie umieją bezinteresownie działać dla innych, tylko dla siebie. Egotyzm, sobkostwo to fundament ich funkcjonowania; dawanie i wspieranie jest dla nich przykrym wysiłkiem, jak coś robią, to tylko dla uznania, poklasku, pochwały, zawsze trzymając dystans, robią awanturki, plują na innych, nie robią to, co powinni, tylko własne widzimisię! Należy jednak pamiętać, że sama cyfra 6 to egoizm, a nie demonizm zaraz, jak w jej wzmocnieniach.

A poniżej dokładniejsza analiza takich demonicznych osobonazw pod kątem duchowego rozwoju.

Osoba posiadająca to nazwisko to takie pozorne serce/dusza (5) tyle, że już psyche ma wibrację egoistyczną (68), a głębia to Loża Demoniczna (662), bo liczby od 660-669 to podwójne egotyczno–demoniczne diabełki. Takie osoby sprawiają wrażenie ezoteryczno–mistycznych (5), ale faktycznie przekręcają w końcu wsystko w demoniczną, odwróconą gwiazdę (pięcioramienną), bo są z urodzenia istotkami opacznie myślącymi i źle wybierającymi, o zepsutym wnętrzu. Liczba „23” należy do słabszych niż demono „15”, „17”, ale negatywne działanie wewnętrzne w tym przypadku „68”, „662” są silniejsze niźli zewnętrzne „23”. I to widać u osoby, która swe destrukcyjności generalnie ukrywa i wybucha, aby coś lub kogoś dobić, jak odwód wojskowy diabła na polu bitwy. Osobonazwa Butiek ma cykl życiowy 2 ⇒ 2, zachowawczy, stały, czyli skłonna jest do niepodlegania zmianom, stała w czortyźmie. Nie rozwija się ani nie upada w swej wibracji „662”.

Jolanta to też jedno z bardziej paskudnych, diabelskich imion (odpowiada wnuczce Diabła 667). Jak jakaś osoba ma na imię Jolanta , to nie należy jej powierzać żadnych funkcji duchowych. To istotne, bo Jolanta to imię związane z kierowniczą funkcją Czarnej Loży Diabła. Jolanta przekręci Dharmę i wypaczy każdą Ścieżkę Duchową, bo w tej wibracji silniejsze demony mogą się przejawiać. Złe imię czy nazwisko dyskwalifikuje do duchowych ról czy funkcji.

Z pozoru może się wydawać, że imię jest dobre, bo końcowa wibracja to 1, a 1 to Unifikacja, Jednoczenie, Łączenie, Połączenie, Pojednanie, Jedność. Ale końcówka 10, która się sumuje do 1, świadczy o tym, że osobonazwa to mitomanka, osoba iluzoryczna, która udaje, że jest czymś dobrym, podczas gdy jest czymś złym, bo 766 w tle to liczba demoniczna. Osoby o takich wibracjach lubią chwytać władzę religijną czy duchową będąc półświadomymi sługami Czarnej Loży i chwytają ster udając, że służą dobru, podczas gdy niszczą duchowość. Cykl życiowy 1=>1 to STAGNACJA, brak rozwoju, brak postępu.

Osobonazwa ANDRZEJ, mimo iż nie posiada trzycyfrowego demonicznego rozwinięcia w Nous, okazuje się być imieniem egotyczno-demonicznym.

Cieleśnie wygląda na uduchowioną i pobożną mistykę, harmonię. Umysł i emocje spowite są jednak egoizmem o demonicznym (15) charakterze. Duch zasłonięty ciemnymi chmurami demonicznego egozimu. Zewnętrznie płytka duchowość, a wnętrze demoniczne, egoistyczne, bo 15 i 17 to najbardziej demoniczne tła. Imię dobre do zewnętrznej działalności, ale do wewnętrznych osiągów fatalne. To co płynie z wnętrza – te opory, rozkład, nieudolność to wszystko pokłady wewnętrznego, ciemnego egotyzmu, powodującego zawieszenia lub działania na opak w istotnych momentach w duchowej służbie i pracy!

Osoby o takiej wibracji imienia zwykle nie potrafią osiągnąć bogactwa, dobrobytu, inaczej niźli wątpliwymi, demonicznymi sposobami. Osoba jest podatna na oddziaływanie sił demonicznych i za zewnętrznie dobrą, pomyślną działalnością może stać tło negatywności i demoniczności (17), bo to najbardziej diabelska z liczb dwucyfrowych, jakie się w imionach uzyskuje. Demoniczność (17) to częste uleganie słabościom, fobiom, strachom, obawom, wątpliwościom, ucieczka przed nieistniejącymi zagrożeniami. Jeśli życie takiej osobonazwy podzielić na 5 okresów (bo mamy 5 liter w imieniu), to pierwszy jest dobry pod względem materialnym, a drugi kiepski. Na szczyt wchodzi w środkowej fazie życia, ale też kiepsko, nisko kończy cykl życiowy. Tendencje do gwałtownego upadku po wejściu na szcyty są widoczne, wyraźne. Chociaż osoba ma tendencje unifikacyjne (1) oraz mistyczne aspiracje (7), to jednak może woleć je zamienić w materialny dostatek, co przyniesie materialistyczną w sumie świadomość.

Na podsumowanie tej części ważna myśl dla osób posiadających niekorzystne wibracje numerologiczne – zmienianie tożsamości rodzi człowieka na nowo. Wyrywa ze starego i pomaga wędrować w nowym, lepszym rytmie!

Zasady interpretacyjne

Sporządzając portret numerologiczny, bierzemy przede wszystkim pod uwagę najczęściej używaną formę imienia czy nazwiska. Jeśli ktoś ma na imię Alexandra, a używa głównie zdrobnienia Ola, to wyliczeń dokonuje się dla obydwóch osobonazw z naciskiem na tę drugą (częściej używaną), gdyż ona bardziej determinuje osobę. Mniejszy wpływ (ale jednak) mają nazwiska i imiona nieużywane na codzień, np. nazwiska rodowe u tych kobiet, które po ślubie przejęły nazwisko męża.

W literaturze wiele można znaleźć na temat poszczególnych cyfr, ale zasady interpretacyjne rzadko są opisywane w jasny sposób…

Każda liczba ma trzy aspekty:

1. Aspekt dodatni (pozytywny)
2. Aspekt ujemny (negatywny)
3. Aspekt środkowy

Przystępując do interpretacji nie bierzemy pod uwagę wszystkiego, co o danej cyfrze można wyczytać, a jedynie te aspekty, które wiążą się z interpretowaną osobonazwą. Najpierw robi się numerogramy, a potem w oparciu o wyniki wybiera albo głównie aspekty pozytywne albo negatywne czy środkowe. Jeżeli osobonazwa ma cykl stagnacyjny, nie możemy brać pod uwagę cech i właściwości określających wzrost i rozwój, ponieważ te cechy są dla takiego imienia martwe…. Jeżeli osobonazwa posiada w NOUS cyfrę 6 z tłem (15), niestety, generalnie bierzemy pod uwagę tylko ujemny i środkowy aspekt szóstki, pomijamy w analizie aspekty pozytywne, a jeszcze bardziej przy sumach (17).

Tło jest ważne też przy interpretacji poszczególnych liter osobonazwy (etapów życia, startu-początku i stanu docelowego). W zasadzie jest tylko dziewięć „czystych” liter, bez tła dwucyfrowego (od A do I). Pozostałe litery posiadają dwucyfrowe tła, które pomagają dokonywać właściwej interpretacji. Przykładowo opisy liczby sześć odnoszą się do liter F, O, X. Ale czysta szóstka to tylko literka F. Literka O to już szóstka z tłem 15 – o silnym rysie egotyzmu i wtedy interpretacja musi być zgodna z tym kluczem, jeśli ze 2-3 razy występuje litera O w imieniu lub nazwisku w ogóle albo jest Inicjałem osobonazwy. Literka X (np. w imieniu Xawery) to też 6 ale z tłem 24, co daje inny wybór interpretacyjny dla osoby z takim inicjałem, bo odpowiedni dla cech liczby 24…. To takie bardzo podstawowe klucze do stosowania…

08 June 1995 (actually, formally 21 September 1995) Ryszard Matuszewski (Mohan) submits an Application for entry of Himavanti Confraternity Order to the Church Register and Association of Religions in the Department of Religions URM (Polish Government).

21 October 1995 Respond from UR: request to clarify – mainly the issue of the ecumenical character of the Order. HCO sends a clarification on 11 November 1995

26 January 1996 Main Statistical Office sends a letter with a kind request to send all data about the Himavanti Confraternity Order, including personal data and addresses of all associates.

01 April 1996 Ministry’s Office Chief sends a decision about rejecting the Declaration to create an association of religions called Himavanti Confraternity Order. Justification says that the status of HCB contains „lots of shortages and defects” but does not point out what sort of defects those are.

April/May 1996 Mohan sends a complaint to the above decision to the President of the Republic of Poland, the Parliament of RP and the Ombudsman. The answer from all those Institutions says that hearing of that issue does not lie in their competition.

14 August 1996, Antiterrorist Squad stops Ryszard Matuszewski and his fiancée in Jaworzno. Handcuffed and transported to KWP Czestochowa, he is interrogated in connection with a threat to blow Jasna Gora (church in Czestochowa) up. It happened a day before the planned yoga classes that Mohan was supposed to lead in Częstochowa, and also a few days before Pop’s arrival. Threatened that he or his fiancée would be killed and all associates would get arrested, Ryszard signs a guilty plea.

29 August 1996, the Supreme Administrative Court sent a decision rejecting a complaint from Himavanti Confraternity Order, as not all forms of appeal were used. (The answer was rambling.)

07 October 1996, KWP in Częstochowa closes an investigation into a threat to blow Jasna Gora up, establishing that Ryszard Matuszewski was guilty.

23 October 1996 Regional Prosecutor’s office presents an indictment against R.M. They accuse him that on 31 July 1996 R.M. sent an anonymous letter from Torun to the Prior of Jasna Gora, threatening to blow Jasna Gora up. The “sufferer” feared that threads could be fulfilled. (Lack of witness to the alleged action). The postcards written by Maria Karczewska and sent from Torun to Ryszard Matuszewski are treated as comparative evidence. Experts confirm that handwriting from the postcards and from threatening letters belongs to the same person. Indictment also states the psychiatrists did not find any reasons to question his mental abilities, while Ryszard Matuszewski has never been examined by anyone. They did not examine any of the three witnesses of defence that could confirm that R.M. was not in Torun on 31 July 1996; therefore, he could not write the threatening letter; witnesses were not even called to come for the court hearing. Later during the hearing, R.M. wanted to prove that the person who wrote the letter was Maria Karczewska, but the court did not want to take that information into consideration.

10 February 1997 The tax office refuses to tax Ryszard Matuszewski’s income that he honestly reported. The reason for that was that the Himavanti Confraternity Order does not exist formally, and therefore, he cannot be treated as a priest. Thus, all the income from free offerings from his religious activity was completely tax-exempt.

28 February 1997 The police stop Ryszard Matuszewski for personal revision in the area of the train station. It caused him to miss the train and a several-hour delay for the yoga classes that he was supposed to lead in another town.

29 April 1997, Czestochowa’s Court sentenced Mohan to 1,5 years in prison with 3-year probation plus court costs. What’s interesting is that in justification, the Court states that after the accused’s explanations that the letter was written by Maria Karczewska, the Court lends no credence to it and regards it as a try to avoid the responsibility for his action; according to the Court, the explanation itself was illogical and nonsensical.

05 December 1997 County Court in Częstochowa upheld the validity of the judgment after an appeal against it.

27 February 1998 Ryszard Matuszewski’s barrister submits an application for annulment to the High Court. He alleges breaching the law and, among others, rejecting the proposition to examine the witness who was supposed to be the author of the letter of threat.

November 1998 Another investigation begins, and another case against R.M. in the Prosecutor’s office in Częstochowa. Again, the letters are the evidence, but this time, the insulting letters. On 22 December Prosecutor asks for an expert psychiatrist to examine R.M. and diagnose whether he is mentally healthy. The prosecutor also decides to involve graphology experts and asks for an environmental (public) interview. The case lasts for months. Meanwhile, R.M. receives a letter asking him to come for compulsory psychiatric tests. He crosses his name on the letter and writes Izydor Matuszewski’s (Prior of Jasna Gora) and sends it to the Prior of Jasna Gora. The prosecutor and the Court take it as forging the document, which becomes another allegation against R. Matuszewski. Mohan is asked to attend a hearing in Częstochowa, where Prosecutor Kromolowski insults Mohan as well as threatens him and is physically violent towards him. While „having a break for coffee,” he orders Ryszard Matuszewski to be handcuffed. After receiving that kind of treatment being a witness, he does not attend another hearing on 07 May 1999.

07 June 1999 During another Pope’s visit, Mohan is arrested in Jaworzno and transported to Czestochowa, where he is brutally beaten, handcuffed, pushed from the stairs, etc. The police doctor controls the action and checks that R.M. is still alive. Nobody notified Mohan’s wife where and why he was for a few weeks after he was arrested. Also, nobody notifies anyone about the fact that the authority of the Himavanti Confraternity Order has been arrested. Private „investigation” of Himavanti’s associates helps to establish that Mohan is in Krakow, having a compulsory psychiatric test done on Montelupich Street. As they learn later, after being arrested and beaten, Mohan was held in Częstochowa’s prison and then transported to Kraków. Associates of the Himavanti Confraternity Order start protesting in front of the prison. There are lots of press articles coming up. A few of the associates who are praying in front of the prison are treated with spoiled eggs and with a rain of stones coming from a passing car. Despite remembering the registration number of that car and giving it to the prosecutor’s office and despite a few witnesses of the incident, the Prosecutor closed the investigation in that case after hearing the driver of the mentioned car. There is no confrontation between the driver and the injured.

In July and August 1999, Ryszard Matuszewski’s barrister submitted two propositions to cancel the arrest (first on 29 June 1999 and second on 06 August 1999). The arguments for the proposition are that Mohan was arrested to have a compulsory psychiatric test done, and as the tests were already completed, there is no point in keeping him still in prison. Especially when the allegations against him are known as charges with a very low factor of harm to the public, and he has not committed any violent crime. Prosecutor rejects both propositions. The Barrister submits another complaint to the County Prosecutor’s office (25 September), but this one is rejected. Even the Director of the prison in Herby Stare, where R.M. has been kept, submits the proposition to cancel the arrest. It has also been rejected.

13 September 1999 The court extends the temporary arrest for the next three months.

21 October 1999 High Court decides to hand the case to the County Court in Katowice (as the Court in Częstochowa was involved in the case).

17 November 1999 Court in Katowice sustains the arrest.

13 December 1999 Court in Częstochowa extends the arrest again. Later on, the arrest is extended again and again.

04 May 2000 Ryszard Matuszewski loses consciousness as a result of being kept in a closed room filled with cigarette smoke (R.M. suffers from claustrophobia). He is taken to the Hospital in Lubliniec, where the doctors diagnose him with heart disease.

02 June 2000 Court in Częstochowa decides to place him in a strict mental hospital.

17 July 2000 Mohan goes to the Mental Hospital in Rybnik. He is placed with ward number two for the most dangerous criminals (such as murderers, rapists, paedophiles, etc.), where he is given very strong drugs, although the doctors were fully aware that he was a mentally healthy person.

19 December 2000, the General Prosecutor of Poland cancelled the Court’s decision made on 02 June and ordered another hearing of the case.

05 April 2001, the High Court decides to overrule decisions made by the Court in Czestochowa and orders another hearing of the case.

16 May 200,1 Human Rights Foundation in Helsinki sends an opinion written by a group of lawyers about R.M.’s case to the Court in Częstochowa.

15 June 2001 After 2 years and 8 days, Mohan is free again.

21 January 2002 On the premises of Czestochowa’s court, the police beat Aleksandra B. The Public prosecutor’s office discontinues the investigation.

In June 2002, Mohan and Himavanti Confraternity Order submitted a second application to register the Order.

18 April 2002 Mohan and Pawel C., during a lecture on sects, are heavily beaten before the very eyes of many witnesses, packed into an unlabeled police car and taken to the police office. The police asked where they were taken answered that to Oswiecim (Aushwitz-Birkenau – the place of execution and torture of many Jews). In the police station, they are beaten again and then let free.

10 May 2002 Mohan and Izabela Tryc are beaten in the street by the police. Mohan is beaten until he loses consciousness, and his left hand is crushed. Then he is taken to the hospital. Police discontinuous the inquiry into this incident, although they have forensic examinations of Mohan and Izabela Tryc at their disposal.

On 15 August 2002, Mohan was arrested again, a day before the Pope visited the country. It was a similar style of arrest: several policemen with guns and masks forced their way into the house of R.M.’s friend in Gdynia, where he was on holiday. He is being taken to Warszawa. The witnesses submit statements that from 3the 0th of July to the 15th of August 2002, R. Matuszewski was in Gdynia, leading yoga classes for a large group of people, and he could not possibly be at the same time in the south of Poland, where he was alleged to have committed several Internet crimes.

20 August 2002 Court in Warszawa decides on a temporary arrest for three months.

In August and September 2002, many articles slandering R.M. and the Order were published, with police officers describing Mohan as a person guilty of crimes he was accused of, although, in the light of the law, a person is innocent as long as the independent court proves their guilt.

In August 2002, the Police attacked Jan Slanina, a member of the Order, in Gliwice. He was brutally beaten in the street when he was coming back home.

August 2002 Antiterrorist brigades break into private flats in Gdynia and Gliwice and rob them of practically everything, especially documents, books, computers, and data carriers. So far, the stolen things haven’t been returned.

12 September 2002 Ministry of the Interior and Administration rejects the registration of the Order. At the same time, examinations of witnesses “because of the acquaintance with R.M.” take place in CBŚ (Central Investigating Bureau) offices. During the hearings behind closed doors, the CBŚ officers also ask about the profession of faith and the general outlook on life.

October 2002 – Bozena M. & Tadeusz I.D., who later accused Mohan, attacked Andrzej C. in Krakow. They threatened to kill him and his family and demanded that he stop religious activity. The case is brought into court.

30 October 2002 Hearing takes place in court in Częstochowa, finalizing the previous case, and the court is not able to find a reason for placing R.M. in the Mental Hospital.

08 November 2002 Himavanti Confraternity Order asks the Ministry of the Interior and Administration for an explanation and reconsideration of the application.

12 November 2002 Court in Warszawa decides to extend the temporary arrest for another 3 months. In custody, the basic human rights are being broken in the case of Ryszard Matuszewski:

• He is denied the religious rite and any contact with other believers of the faith.
• R.M.’s correspondence is censored, photocopied and confiscated; the same applies to his friends’ letters.
• During the everyday walk, he is attacked by co-prisoners, and the prison guard does not intervene.
• His clothing token disappears between the custody and the prosecutor’s office; R.M. is dressed only in summer clothes during winter.
• He is denied shopping in the canteen.
• For a month, the vegetarian is starved, as his diet (resulting from his faith and general outlook on life) is not respected; meat meals are served for him.
• It is made impossible for friends to feed the starving prisoner; they are said to have an intention to poison R.M.
• The prison doctors do not recognize R.M.’s right to cure in his chosen way (with herbs).
• As a result of the incorrect diet, lack of exercise and the lack of fresh air, the earlier bursting with health and energy yogi develops a serious heart disease (Ischemia), and as the only treatment, despite his protests that he is a vegetarian, he is given a meat stock three times a day.

29 November 2002 R. Matuszewski loses consciousness; when he wakes up, he is under a drip, lying tied up and being after stomach rinsing. The hospital extract states that he lost consciousness as a result of poisoning with drugs, which is strange as he did not take any medicines at all then.

5 December 2002 The barrister, hired by R.M.’s friends, Senator Henryk Dzido, talks to the prisoner. It is his first contact with any barrister, as a court-appointed lawyer did not show up at all. Henryk Dzido files an application for the change of preventive measures for R. Matuszewski and for being released pending trial, because the arrest was unfounded and the poor state of R.M.’s health.

6 December 2002, The yogi is put under compulsory psychiatric observation, despite Częstochowa’s Court judgement.

7 January 2003 Applications for accepting the pledge are submitted by both Stowarzyszenie Macierz (an institution) and private persons: I. Barcz, Bishop Miroslaw Salwowski. All applications are denied.

10 January 2003 The Appeal Prosecutor does not accept the defence complaint about the refusal to overrule and change the preventive measure.

13 January 2003 The defence files the evidence, statements of witnesses. The district court extends the psychiatric observation to the 25th of January. A decision is issued, in which the evidence of the defence is dismissed.

14 February 2003, Arrest and psychiatric observation are extended for another three months.

4 March 2003 Because of the disastrous state of health (extensive Ischemia, which R. Matuszewski got in custody as a result of repressions of stress, mental and physical tortures, wrong diet and the lack of exercise) the preventive mean is changed for police supervision. Mohan is released from custody.

18-19 April 2003, Policemen in Bydgoszcz burst into and vandalize the apartment of one of the Order leaders (Anna Wani Sarpa’s) and take the woman into custody. At the same time, CBŚ secret services intrude on the apartment of Irena and Slawomir Barcz’s in Bydgoszcz. The flat is searched through, and many documents of the Order are stolen (Mr Barcz is the secretary of BZH). CBŚ wants to arrest Irena Barcz, but she is abroad at that time. The reason for these actions, as it later turned out, is the accusations of an alleged attack on Bozena M., the former member of the Order, working in the Dominican Antisect Group.

6 May 2003 Mohan is arrested again on a charge of participating in the attack on Bozena M. and is transported to Bydgoszcz. In fact, during the alleged attack, he is in Gliwice – a town which is several hundred kilometres away from Bydgoszcz. One of the proofs for his innocence is his signature put every day in the police headquarters in Gliwice, as he was under police supervision. The custody in Bydgoszcz, as usual, absolutely refuses to serve vegetarian meals for R.M.

Bozena M., a former member of the Order, was removed from it for financial abuses and twisted contacts with the Arabic world in Palestine. Together with Tadeusz I.-D., they swore to take revenge on Ryszard, and in public and in the presence of many witnesses, they threatened to kill Ryszard Matuszewski and destroy the Order. In September 2002, these two persons attacked one of the Order’s members, threatening to murder him and his family. The courts didn’t start the case because the intimidated person lives in hiding abroad.

Bozena M. and Tadeusz D.-I. are the main actors and characters of all newspaper articles playing in them, “the sect victims” being harmed by fate.

May 2003 – August 2003 Ryszard Matuszewski is kept in custody or transported to different prisons in the country. He suffers from hunger in custody because, although he has the right to a vegetarian diet, the meals served for him often include meat. The prison authorities refuse permission to deliver food from the outside in spite of the fact that he has such rights. The persecution takes place to a large extent in the media.

20 September 2003 The prison authorities refused two students a visit, although they had permission, explaining that Ryszard Matuszewski didn’t want to see them. The truth is that Mohan was brutally beaten, and the prison guards tried to kill him by hanging him on the bars. Traces of beating – he showed no healed injuries and bruises during visit two weeks later.

25 September 2003 On the ‘Polsat’ TV channel, a report on depriving Mohan of food in prison was shown.

19-22 November 2003 After a series of articles in the daily ‘Fakt’ concerning the HCO, the Polish Ministry of Education starts illegal and unconstitutional actions intended to ‘eliminate sects’ from schools, which in practice means dismissals from work of teachers belonging to other than the Catholic religion. It takes place practically all the time because Jehovah’s Witnesses are most often dismissed from work at school in Poland, but those illegal actions of the government are intensified. „Superintendents will be checking if the sect’s activists – who are recorded in the database kept by the police and other services – have contact with schools. They are also to forbid directors to engage in schools teachers who act in dangerous sects after work,” says the Minister, Mrs Lybacka. Part of public opinion is moved by this illegal statement and its consequences. The press hunt for an innocent woman resulted in giving her the sack, and because of her own safety after a series of threats she had received, she also left the Order.

18 December 2003 Ryszard Matuszewski is sentenced in Bydgoszcz to 3,5 years in prison. From that time on, he was transferred from one Polish penal institute to another, and this way, contact with him was made more difficult.

12 February 2004 Administrative Court in Warsaw overrules the decision rejecting the HCO’s application to register in the Church Register and Association of Religions in the Department of Religions URM.

In April 2004, the Prosecutor’s office in Bydgoszcz initiated an investigation against Ryszard Matuszewski and several other members of the HCO. They are accused of writing vulgar notes on the envelopes of letters sent to R.Matuszewski. In Jun,e R. Matuszewski is pointed out as the person who did these notes, and the case is filed in court. How a person who never received those letters could write anything on the envelopes was not explained.

5 May 2004 Court of Appeal in Gdansk partly sustains the sentence from 18th December 2003 (2 years of imprisonment are sustained). The case is redirected to the court in Bydgoszcz.

In June 2004, the Prosecutor’s office in Warsaw submitted a proposal to discontinue the Warsaw case and put R. Matuszewski in a mental hospital. The proposition is overruled.

16 July 2004 Department of Religions rejects again the application to register the HCO in the Church Register and the Association of Religions.

September-October 2004 The police battle starts against one of the major defenders of R. Matuszewski – Slawomir B. He is under investigation at work, and the prosecutor’s office in Bydgoszcz has initiated proceedings against him because of an insult to one of the prosecutors from Bydgoszcz. The alleged insult is included in a letter from Slawomir. B. to R. Matuszewski and in protests against religious discrimination sent by S. Barcz to different public institutions and units of the system of justice. The letters, which are kept by the prosecutor’s office, are in fact religious and spiritual consultations of very personal character.

3 November 2004 Court in Bydgoszcz sentences R. Matuszewski for 3,5 years’ imprisonment, which gives 5,5 years in jail in all. During the court hearings, defence witnesses are discredited, and their religious membership is jeered at in the prosecutor’s final speech. The lack of political and religious character of the case is underlined by the prosecutor; however, the court includes the testimony of Dominican anti-sect activists, who have no direct connection with this case. R. Matuszewski is treated as a dangerous criminal. Extraordinary precautions are taken during his transportation to court, and he himself is put in chains.

28th April 2005. The Court of Appeal in Gdansk reduced the sentence of the Regional Court in Bydgoszcz from 3,5 to 2,5 years of custody. In justification of the sentence reduction, the Court presented the fact that Ryszard Matuszewski had not actually attacked Bozena M. with the intention of robbery, but to frighten her. That fact questions the credibility of her evidence in the trial. Although everything clearly indicates Bożena’s M. mystification of the attack, it is not enough for complete discharge, R.M. Ryszard Matuszewski was not present during the trial.

20th September 2005. The Police attempt to violate an apartment belonging to the daughter of one of the members of the HCO, to find Ryszard Matuszewski there. Policemen have no search warrant, and no police identification card is presented. When the assaulted person calls the police, informing them that some bandits have been staying at the door, another group of policemen comes, surprised that the bandits are policemen too. Both groups go away from the apartment, treating each other with various insults.

February 2006. Dariusz P. from Kana in Katowice tries to manipulate public opinion through the medium of the press, by insinuating threats allegedly made by the HCO and Matuszewski before the visit of Pope Benedict XVI to Poland! Slanderous posts about the „Macierz” Association, which takes a stand to defend minorities in Poland, appear on internet fora.

March 2006. The District Court in Bydgoszcz sentenced Ryszard Matuszewski to 10 months of imprisonment for alleged incitement to devastate the penitentiary director’s car in Bydgoszcz, where Matuszewski was residing. There was an attempt in December 2005, during the court hearings, to persuade a man imprisoned at the same time as Matuszewski to testify that he knew Mohan and helped him commit the crime, just on the basis that this man was Buddhist and vegetarian. The guilt was never proved.

6th of April 2006. Before 8 a.m., 6 men from the Police Provincial Command in Katowice invaded one of the members (also a long-term defender of human rights in Poland, Ewa S) of the HCO daughter’s house in Gliwice, breaking open the door with a crowbar. Ewa S. is treated as a madwoman and beaten up (after this police action, she goes to a doctor for a forensic examination). Her protests that policemen have no permission for searching the apartment and for house-breaking are answered by those policemen that they can do anything they want, because it is not America, and she is threatened with arrest. Accompanying her, R. Matuszewski is detained. Computer hardware and audio materials for spiritual activities are confiscated.

7th – 9th of April 2006. In the press, radio, and on TV, the hot battle against the HCO and Ryszard Matuszewski starts again. The persons responsible for propagating disinformation and inciting people to hatred and phobia, trying to make the masses believe in a possible attack on pope Benedict XVI allegedly planned by the HCO are: Dariusz P. from the Anti-Psycho-Manipulation Center from Katowice and Tadeusz D. News spread by them about the HCO is fiction in fact, and new lies and slanders are added to previously disseminated nonsense. There is information in the press that the policemen who managed to catch Matuszewski would be rewarded, because “staying at large Mohan would surely try to disturb the course of Pope Benedict XVI’s visit to Poland planned for May”.

May 2005 to April 2006 – Ryszard Matuszewski receives many mortal threats sent by Dariusz P. personally and by his helpers. On the internet, much slanderous information shows up, sent by Dariusz P. On many discussion lists and forums, the personal data of Ryszard Matuszewski, together with his address and court statements from classified cases, are revealed by Dariusza P.’s fascist inquisitors.
Till today, the threats are sent to members of the HCO. Numerous assaults on private houses and robberies by the policemen cooperating with Dariusz P. are increasing day by day. The police and the prosecutor’s office notified about it take no action, and many complaints and notifications about the crimes of the fascist mafia were rejected!

20th of June 2006 – there are court hearings against Ryszard Matuszewski in Warsaw based on false accusations of Jadwiga K. Despite the obvious evidence that Jadwiga K. is mentally ill and she aims to destroy the HCO and its leader R.Matuszewski, and even though experts appointed in this case are incompetent and prejudiced, the court states against R. Matuszewski. The three appointed by the court experts are women of pensionable age, not aware of what the case is all about and, according to the representative of the European Committee assigned to this case (in the meantime, the case is made classified), these pseudo-experts in the court’s corridor learnt what they should say during the hearings. They knew neither R. Matuszewski nor the files of the case, repeating the earlier learnt statements like parrots before the judge. When this fact is revealed in the courtroom, the judge makes the case classified, and the representative of the committee is threatened with arrest and a fine and thrown out of the courtroom. On 18th June 2006, the Court of Appeal in Warsaw sustained the biased decision of the Regional Court.

September 2006 – the Polish Ombudsman gets interested in the biased and wrongful decision of the Court of Appeal and addresses the Court to send him the files of the case to examine them for the possible annulment in favour of R.M.

21st of September 2006 – Regional Court in Bydgoszcz sustains the sentence of the District Court sentencing R. Matuszewski to 1 year imprisonment for offending officers in 9 letters addressed to courts in Bydgoszcz during 2004-2005, in which Matuszewski revealed irregularities and errors in conducting the cases by the police, prosecutors and the court. The case is carried out by the friends of the “offended”. In the oral justification of the sentence, the judge states that 1 year of imprisonment (the upper limit of the punishment) is not enough.

September – October 2006 – in Gliwice and Częstochowa, new court cases against R. Matuszewski start (court hearings are made classified, the information about the cases is not available). The prosecutors in both cases want psychiatric observation, although the District Court in Bydgoszcz, in the sentence from 29th November 2005, beyond all doubt stated that R. Matuszewski is sane, which is reconfirmed in the sentence of the Regional Court in Bydgoszcz on 21st of September 2006.

13th of September 2006 – in the District Court in Częstochowa, the judge chairing the case tries to intimidate the representative of our Association with the possibility of being arrested by the police, just for asking to enter the courtroom, to listen in to the court hearings. The judge called the police and demanded to remove the representative be removed from the building of the court!

30th of October 2006 – in the District Court in Częstochowa, the representative of Macierz Association was stopped by the police at the door of the court building and questioned about the purpose of her visit and searched, while no other person coming into the building was treated this way. By the door of the courtroom where the case against R. Matuszewski is held, 3 policemen show up the moment our delegation comes into the court building. The police do not let our representative into the courtroom, and the judge arbitrarily makes the case without giving any reason, laughing that it is her will.

September 2006 – March 2007 – Ryszard Matuszewski is kept all the time in prison in fact, he is taken from one custody to another all over the country, so the contact with him is made more difficult. Next cases and accusations are multiplied by Dariusz P. – an activist from fascist antisect centre KANA in Katowice, fighting against freedom of mind, Hindu religion and other Eastern religious movements.

1st of February 2007 – Regional Court in Bydgoszcz finds Sławomir B. – one of the members of the HCO – guilty of false testimony (for claiming that on 15th of August 2002 Ryszard Matuszewski carried out yoga training in Gdynia and that Sławomir B. was present there, among many other participants) and is sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment suspended for 5 years and a fine. The sentence is based on the statements of only one person who claimed that at that time R. Matuszewski was in Gliwice, ignoring this way statements of about 10 persons, who claimed that Matuszewski was at that time in Gdynia. This is the first sentence in this case. Other persons from all over the country testifying in the Warsaw case (threats of killing the pope), who also participated in the training and confirmed that R.M. was in Gdynia at the time when in Gliwice Jadwiga K. and her friends sent e-mails with threats of killing the pope, are waiting for the trials.

14th of March 2007 – in the District Court in Zabrze, a new trial starts against 60-year-old ailing pensioner Barbara L., accused by Dariusz P. (he also accuses Ryszard M.) of offending state officers. The main person from the side of the prosecution is Dariusz P., who himself is no officer at all. Several days before the case starts, a media campaign is prepared against Barbara L. and the HCO, unjustly accusing members of the HCO of acts they never committed. Dariusz P. uses for his private purposes journalists he knows from Gazeta Wyborcza, i.a., Marcin P., who in 2003 started writing lies about the Order. The same journalist now uses personal data of Barbara L., reviling the old lady and putting into her mouth words she has never said. The day before, Barbara L. received telephone calls with threats. Members of the HCO notify about these crimes. The judge groundlessly classifies the case, and the public defender refuses to take the case, because, as he says, “he is scared and wants to keep his job till the pension age”.

4th of April 2007 – in the District Court in Gliwice, the next lawsuit against Ryszard M., prepared by Dariusz P., starts and finishes the same day. The case is contrived by this anti-sect activist from Kana Centre in Katowice to destroy Ryszard Matuszewski even more. There is only one, as usual, classified hearing, and the judge does not give a justification for the sentence! In spite of R. Matuszewski’s request, the representative of Macierz Association is not allowed to get into the courtroom, nor any of the 20 persons who came for the trial. At the same time, members of the HCO receive e-mails sent probably by Dariusz P. with threats that Ryszard M. will be killed.

15th of May 2007 – in the District Court in Gdańsk, the lawsuit starts against Krzysztof U. and Agnieszka U., accused of false testimony (for claiming that on 15th of August 2002, Ryszard Matuszewski carried out yoga training in Gdynia and that they were present there, among other participants, against whom new accusations are produced by persecutors)!

6th of June 2007 – in the District Court in Zabrze, the next hearing is held against Barbara L. There are 26 persons called by the judge as witnesses for the prosecution, and no witnesses for the defence are admitted to testify! Despite the protests of Barbara L. and demands to call witnesses for defence, the judge throws the files and shouts that it is she who decides which persons are called. Amazingly, all 26 witnesses for the prosecution testify during this trial against Ryszard M. and do not even know or have never seen the accused Barbara L. Witnesses for the prosecution do not come to the court hearings, which makes the Judge furious. As we know, the judge persuades the witnesses to testify against Ryszard M., and the prosecutor from the Office in Gliwice, Michał Sz. holds all cases against Ryszard M. and Barbara L., and he conducts them personally. The next two trials are fixed for July.

WHAT’S NEXT?

These are not all the persecutions Ryszard Matuszewski and the members of the HCO have experienced, as it is not possible to describe everything, like mass-media campaigns resulting in anonymous phone calls and letters with death threats, troubles at work, job dismissals, etc.

Persecutions of religious minorities in Poland are a day-to-day problem encountered practically by all religious minorities. Infidel slaughters, administration problems, mass-media campaigns – these are only some of how ideological and religious minorities are repressed.

We have a rich material documenting cruel religious intolerance prevailing in Poland, which, despite the exterior governmental propaganda, is a fact. Here, innocent people suffer, people who have no one to turn to for help in their own country! Help from abroad is needed!

We are asking for help, support and intervention in the never-ending and strengthening discrimination of Ryszard Matuszewski and the HCO. All information is included in the attached Chronology of persecutions. Different kinds of actions against the HCO have been lasting for almost 10 years now! In Poland, it is impossible to obtain any help.

Dear Friends and Supporters!

Persecutions by special squads of undercover political police in Poland are multiplying to an extent which is unthinkable and disastrous for many people and reaches truly tragic dimensions. Recent occurrences such as a brutal assault, long torture and an attempt to perform an extrajudicial execution of a well-known and respectable social and philosophical writer, bio-therapist and healer, ecologist, philosopher, vegetarian and spiritual leader of an ecumenical religious group of the Himavanti Confraternity Order (Bractwo Zakonne Himawanti, BZH) do not inspire us with optimism. Instead, they shock us with the degree of fascist attitudes manifested by the criminal political authority in the Republic of Poland, which, instead of giving people jobs and their daily bread, employs hundreds of political police to conduct ideological cleansings and liquidate uncomfortable writers or thinkers, who realistically criticise the economic system, evictions of people into streets, stinginess and thefts of numerous church hierarchy representatives, as well as the destruction of the Polish culture and education. Ryszard M., also known under the spiritual name Mohan-Ji, was brutally assaulted and mugged, as well as suffered permanent injuries from the hands of police twice, in March and in April 2002 in Gliwice, and so far no institution representing the Spokesman for Human Rights has shown any intention to defend the writer and ecologist against the criminal excesses of policemen, who by means of these violent acts try to force Ryszard M. to cease writing, criticising the crimes committed by political authorities, corruption, evictions. They try to prevent him from propagating ecumenical teachings of all religions, as well as organising ecological protests.

What actions of Ryszard M. have caused the anger of the political organs? Ryszard M. sharply criticises and expresses his protest against the participation of Poland in unlawful aggression on other countries, such as Afghanistan and Iraq; he protests against environmental pollution as well as the protection for the polluters offered by law, he protests against evictions into the streets, and he protests against depriving people of the right to unemployment benefit (2.6 m people). He demands a decrease in exorbitant taxes; he objects to unjustified and malicious attacks on natural medicine, herbal therapy and biotherapy, which have been recognised as effective healing methods for thousands of years, also by the WHO. Moreover, he protests against the Chinese occupation of Tibet. He expresses his opposition, and he organises protests against vilifying and libelling denominational minorities in Poland. He has frequently opposed the campaigns of denigration launched publicly against minorities by malicious and inconsiderate mass media and various bigots and fundamentalists. Ryszard M must be involved in helping victims persecuted by the police and victims of sexual molestation, including the victims of rapes by priests-paedophiles; he has also contributed to publicising crimes of this sort. In addition, He writes articles and books on fraud committed by political organs. Moreover, he propagates a Universal Message of Peace and Love, revealing the way in which it is manifested in basically every important religious system.

The assault and kidnapping of Mohan-Ji on 15 August 2002 in Gdynia by undercover political police functioning under the name Central Investigation Bureau (Centralne Biuro Sledcze, CBS) was a revenge for the above-mentioned activities. In the assault was cruelly bludgeoned, shot and poisoned, so that in the course of the next three days, from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning, he was in the state of clinical death. Bandits called policemen attempted to perform an extrajudicial execution by shooting helpless Mohan-Ji, and then a police “doctor” injected him with poison, as a result of which he almost died. Apparently, his interest in natural medicine, healing, as well as a healthy, vegetarian lifestyle and mental endurance developed by spiritual meditations and prayers, prevented him from dying. Consequently, Ryszard M. miraculously avoided death, and he survived the torturing and poisoning as well as the atrocious attempt at execution. The plan of the police bandits to assassinate Ryszard M. fell through, although despite atrocious torture by the Gdańsk CBS police squads, the Polish Gestapo, he was also brutally beaten when under arrest in Białołęka near Warsaw, where he was kidnapped. A healing clinic and ecological Centre in Gdynia was devastated and ruined, and a woman who accompanied him, Majka S., was brutally raped by CBS policemen, and she disappeared, never to be heard of again. As she was a supporter of the BZH group, she was probably murdered by Central Investigation Office workers after the rape. They also stole a large sum of money, computers, all equipment and materials used in BZH activities, especially publishing, social and political. The band of police gangsters also conducted searches without search warrants and robberies in the BZH Centre in Gliwice, which became totally devastated, and the Centre Supervisor was brutally assaulted in the street and beaten by CBS. At the same time, the CBS police Gestapo squads plundered a few BZH Centres in Częstochowa, and they also made illegal visitations in the houses of Ryszard M.’s friends, intimidating them, threatening them with imprisonment, persecution and ruining their personal life. Many people are still in shock after this brutal treatment. CBS bandits also intimidated Ryszard M.‘s wife, forcing her brutally to leave her husband. No protocols were drawn up for illegal searches and robberies, and the materials, computers, valuables, money, and even books that were stolen in this way are lawlessly held by the Central Investigation Office in order to prevent both BZH and Ryszard M. and his friends from conducting any sort of activities. Dozens of people were treated particularly cruelly and they immediately protested against the imprisonment of Ryszard M. without any legal basis for such actions, as, in theory, according to the Polish Constitution, putting people in prisons for the beliefs they propagate is prohibited (Art. 54.1). Unfortunately it is only a theory, and the criminal and truly fascist practices of the Polish gestapo testify to a different reality.

At the end of August 2002, Ryszard M. was driven to a well-known detention house at Rakowiecka Street in Warsaw, Mokotów district. As a vegetarian, he was viciously starved and tortured there. For six weeks, he did not receive any food whatsoever, and the staff of that Gestapo centre hoped that the vegetarian would die. They did not allow his friends to bring him food, they refused him the right to a forensic examination, they kept him together with gangsters collaborating with CBS, who continued to torture him, burnt his body with a lighter, brutally beat him, kicked him, and, on behalf of CBS, they attempted to execute him by hanging him in the cell. There have already been a couple of cases where businessmen kept in that detention house, which in fact is a concentration camp, were hanged, and articles concerning this have appeared in the press. Ryszard M. was also brutally insulted by TV, radio, press, amongst others: Kulisy, FiM, Radio Zet, TVP and others. Why doesn’t anyone want to rectify the lies about Ryszard M. and BZH circulated by the mass media, which serve the criminal government?

After over half a year of drastic treatment in the police chamber of tortures belonging to the fascist regime of the Republic of Poland, Ryszard M. was released from the illegal arrest, where no investigation whatsoever was conducted and no procedures were applied, and so far no protocol has been drawn up of the illegal confiscation of property belonging to Mohan-Ji and BZH in Gliwice and Gdynia. Ryszard M. was released under the pressure of national as well as international protests, the solidarity of foreign Committees for the Defence of Human Rights from Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Israel, and friends from Poland, as in Poland the institution of the Spokesman for Citizen Rights, or the Helsinki Committee are merely governmental dummies, which never dare to provide support or basic protection for persecuted political prisoners. Instead, they are only involved in sanctioning and hushing up Gestapo-like crimes of CBS police, committed in lots of well-known cases. Ryszard M. was officially released on account of his health problems, high risk of death under arrest, heart problems due to claustrophobia, which he developed as a result of threats of execution in the tiny cells of the Mokotów lager for political prisoners of the III RP. Ryszard M. was brutally deprived of all property, even electricity at his flat was cut off, he remains under illegal house arrest, and he has a duty to report to the Warsaw police every two weeks, having to cover the costs of commuting to Warsaw. This is the way in which the authorities of the Republic of Poland treat a writer, poet, ecologist, healer, philosopher, a leader of pacifist, ecumenical thinkers’ community and a well-known defender of those who are poor, unemployed, have no rights to unemployment benefits, and those evicted into the street by the political system.

The criminal, terrorist CBS action, in which Ryszard M. was to be murdered, though he miraculously survived, was conducted and supervised by Public Prosecutor Piotr Woźniak from the Regional Public Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, as well as inspector Marek Durbacz representing the political police called the Central Investigation Office. These two persons are the main authors of untrue slanders and lies concerning Ryszard M. and BZH, propagated by TV, radio, press. They are also the authors of the Gestapo pogrom of the community of the Himavanti Confraternity Order. Neither the Minister of Justice and the Main Commanding Police Officer, nor the Prime Minister, nor the President reacted to the lawlessness of actions conducted by the truly fascist spec-services of the regime. Several persons who are agents and collaborators of the Polish gestapo from Częstochowa and other cities, amongst others: Jadwiga K. and Janusz G., Witold B., Anna P., Elżbieta R. (Gliwice), Tadeusz I.-D. and Bożena M. (Kraków), Katarzyna and Rafał M. (Chorzów), Waldemar and Rafał K., Julian M., Joanna K. (all these people are CBS agents paid to destroy the political opposition, religious minorities, ecologists, healers and other people whom the political authorities find uncomfortable). He is a victim of the policemen, who took away all his savings during searches and debited all the money from his account during the time that he spent under arrest, who confiscated all his ATM cards, and within half a year, which he spent in detention, he was not able to pay his rent. Surprisingly, he was also charged with the payment of utilities in the Centre where he had previously lived, for the period in which he was under arrest.

Committee for the Defence of People Persecuted
for Religious and Ideological Beliefs

Since 1999, she has been persecuted and victimised on account of her membership in the Anti-paedophile Himavanti Confraternity Order, a Hindu religious minority in Poland. As a member of the group, she was working as a therapist for paedophile victims and also actively promoting yoga relaxation in Poland.

Since 1982, for many years she has worked as a teacher of biology and chemistry in a primary school. She was involved in organising sociotherapy workshops for youths. She was constantly improving her professional qualifications by attending specialised courses and graduating in 2002 with Postgraduate Studies in Correctional Pedagogy. Since 1995, she has been studying Oriental Medicine and Ayurveda (Bhaishajya yoga), Laya yoga, Raja Yoga and relaxation methods.  Since 1998, she has been actively promoting and teaching Ayurveda all around Poland, giving speeches and organising classes for victims of violence and paedophiles. She is also engaged in unconventional healing and psychotherapy, especially helping alcoholics, people suffering from depression, on other common problems of modern society.

Irena Barcz was holding therapies for victims of pedophiles, including special groups of people sexually abused in childhood by catholic priests and nuns. She worked with youngsters from alcoholic families in the Alcohol Addiction Treatment Centre in Bydgoszcz. Since May 2002, she has been the president of the General Assembly of Anti-paedophile Himavanti Confraternity Order, which unites dozens of thousands of victims of pedophile catholic priests, victims of family sexual abuse, victims forced to prostitute in brothels for pedophiles by pedophile gangs in Poland, which is one of the largest problems in Polish society.

Particularly widespread problem of is pedophilia by Catholic clergy, carefully concealed, where victims of pedophile priests in Poland are generally repressed and condemned also by the police, prosecutors and political system of clerical extremely religious country which Poland is since 1989, moving towards a model of the Iranian regime, where full power is in hands of morally corrupted clergy, and political decisions take the episcopate.

Since 1996 Mohan Ryszard Matuszewski and Anti-pedophile Himavanti Brotherhood are facing strong repressions and persecutions from pedophiles and a pedophile mafia as well as from people opposed to the application of effective therapies for victims of sexual harassment and rape taken from the Eastern philosophical systems (among others Yoga and Meditation) – Dominican Information Center, the Pauline Order of Jasna Gora in Czestochowa, Opus Dei, and recently some of the media in Poland (TVN, Polsat, Newspapers and NEWSWEEK, Gazeta Wyborcza, Kulisy, FAKT, Zycie Warszawy) using the method of the medieval Inquisition to combat ideological minorities, and especially their leaders. A particular object of hatred is the organisations involved in the disclosure of pedophile crimes and in aiding victims of pedophile gangs and brothels, or combating the production of child pornography.

Mohan Ryszard Matuszewski was imprisoned several times in the custody of Poland in the years 1999-2008, and today is haunted by the pedophilia gangs, including the pedophile mafia ruled by Tadeusz Mynarski, Bozena Anna Matejko Rewald and Anna Kokocha Gierej from Bydgoszcz. Prison and judicial authorities in totally corrupted Poland disallowed anyone from contacting him, any correspondence to him was lost or severely censored, all visits and vegetarian food packages were forbidden, and all that on behalf of the pedophile mafia gangsters. Ryszard Mohan Matuszewski was repeatedly beaten during the police hearings (eg, in Czestochowa, Bydgoszcz and Warsaw), he was forced to cease therapeutic and spiritual activities and to confess to acts he did not commit. In Bydgoszcz, arrest in Fordon, Ryszard Matuszewski was tortured and starved, after he did not receive food for 18 days! But he survived tortures commissioned by the pedophile gang of Mynarski and Matejko, who wanted him dead.

Many leaders of the Antipedophile Himavanti Brotherhood have gone through serious and „boorish” questioning by the Central Investigation Bureau, whose task is to eliminate all movements opposing pedophilia in Poland, also incest pedophilia.  Pedophile gangs and also priests producing child pornography are interested in stopping the disclosure of the truth about the scale of pedophile crimes carried out against children in Poland. As we know, Poland is a world leader in the production and trade of child pornography. Irena Barcz exposed herself to the owners of a lucrative illegal pedophile brothel network in Bydgoszcz, who also organised the trafficking in human beings, that is, sales of single mothers and children to Arab brothels via Israel, for which these pedophile gangsters were deported to Poland in July 2002. Thanks to Irena Barcz, dozens of policemen involved in the pedophile business have been tracked down and punished over the past years. The job of a therapist is mainly to encourage victims of pedophile gangs to speak loudly about the crimes that have been committed against them, often helping to publish data on pedophiles with political immunity from the so-called upper classes.

Irena Barcz received numerous death threats and threats of destruction of the whole Antipedophile Himavanti Brotherhood and all other therapists who provide help to people molested and raped in childhood by sexual perverts and also pedophile priests. In April 2003, Irena’s apartment in Bydgoszcz, which is also the headquarters of the General Assembly of the Antipedophile Himavanti Brotherhood, was besieged by the secret police (14-15 policemen). It was a revenge commissioned by the pedophile gang of Mynarski, Matejko and Kokocha-Gierej, for informing the Israeli police about the selling of single women with children to Arab brothels via Israel. Similar actions have already taken place among the other leaders and therapists conducting support groups for victims of pedophilia in Poland. The apartment has been completely looted and demolished.

The police took a lot of documents about the victims of pedophilia and their relations on specific sexual perverts in the region of Bydgoszcz, and also documents on organization of the Antipedophile Himavanti Brotherhood, including address list of all the victims of pedophile priests and a program of workshops conducted and a list of therapists helping the victims of pedophile priests, but in TV and local press is given deceitfully information that the arrest had no connection at all with the therapeutic or spiritual activity (relaxation, meditation).

Irena Barcz is accused (from what is known from the newspapers) of complicity in a robbery, theft and intimidation of the alleged former members of Antipedophile Himavanti Brotherhood, which is absurd slander. She fears for her life and liberty all the more that she knows the exact history of Richard Mohan Matuszewski’s persecution, and how was he and is until now victimized by gangsters and pedophile prosecutors who are being paid by mafia in Poland, also by Central Investigation Bureau and the prison authorities (torture, beating, dropping down the stairs, attempted murder in custody, the administration of strong chemicals, starvation, etc.). This is undoubtedly a method which effectively eliminated dissenters during the Inquisition and the Jews during the Nazi occupation. And in recent years in Poland, unpunished mafia murders witnesses giving evidence against gang and mafia leaders in custody, which has already become a serious scandal in the judiciary RP!

Also known is the history that happened in 1998 when a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit „Heaven” in Lublin was forced to commit suicide. „Heaven” also dealt with the spiritual therapies for victims harassed and raped as children by pedophile priests in Poland. Due to the strong repression, beatings, torture and rape by police officers and secret service agents associated with the Mafia, trying to force her testimony against the leader of her Church, she committed suicide, which was suggested to her by interrogators during torture. Another factor was the breakdown of the marriage, due to police threats to kill her husband and children.

In Poland, police in the service of the Mafia is, unfortunately, everyday life. Since 2000, several dozen people have been murdered in prison, stemming from cases against various leaders of local gangs and mafia. Legal culture in Poland is low, and the interrogation methods are still barbaric. Widespread corruption, including corruption among the police, is widespread, and there is not a day without another scandal involving police corrupted by gangsters.

I do not know how long Irena Barcz will be persecuted, but we believe that united Europe, including  Poland, will become a community of people really free from the tight religious, philosophical and racial hatred. We dream of Poland free from the pedophile mafia and corrupted by the police and prosecutors.

In a case against Mohan Ryszard Matuszewski judge privately connected with the pedophile mafia gangsters refused to even interview several witnesses proving the innocence of Richard Mohan Matuszewski, who at the date of the alleged offence could not be in Bydgoszcz, because at that time… he was interrogated by the police in Gliwice (300 miles away). Already, the evidence of the innocence of Ryszard Mohan Matuszewski should lead to the arrest of the prosecutors, bosses of pedophile network brothels and producers of pornography with children. However, the court in Bydgoszcz favoured only the prosecution, knowing that they are the worst, because they belong to the pedophile mafia, condemned throughout the civilised world. Only in Poland, victims of pedophiles are wronged by the police and courts, as well as gangsters live well, which is why Poland has earned the name of a basin of producers of child pornography.

Note that for 8 years (sic!) of detention in custody and without a valid sentence, Mohan Ryszard Matuszewski spent only 6 months (sic!) in prison by a valid court sentence for fictitious slanders stated by gangsters, without presentation of evidence of guilt, contrary to the testimony of defence witnesses, despite the protests of human rights defenders. Ryszard Matuszewski was released by the ruling of the Supreme Court, but for the mafia from Bydgoszcz, it does not mean anything. The pedophile gang from Bydgoszcz tries to discredit, prosecute and imprison Irena Barcz… This is Poland in the twenty-first century.

2. This means that man creates his fate with his speech, deeds and thoughts and is responsible for what happens to him, but also for what he does to other people, and Retribution belongs primarily to God, or rather to the Divine Shield of Light, Soul’s Energy that reflects a person’s actions until they fall back on him as evil for evil and good for good. The Principle of Return, ṚTA, is very precise and rewards a person with suffering for the suffering created and with pleasure for the pleasure created, and means that people should learn very reflectively about themselves and others from the events of their lives from the course of their fate on this Earth. God repays everyone according to his work, but other people can consciously do good or evil, activating the machine of the Law of Retribution. Not everything that happens to us is only a payment for what we have done to others, but other people’s actions can also be the beginning of what people bring upon themselves with their actions! The principle of blood for blood, eye for eye, tooth for tooth is so intriguing that it teaches us that fate and karma pay us back with the same suffering that we have caused to others, determining our destiny in a very precise way and adding up the suffering that we create in such a qualitative way as well as quantitatively. It is like a reflection of our ACTS, SPEECH, and THOUGHTS in a Mirror, so the return is accurate because the mirror of the Spirit, ṚTA, is pure, accurate and precise. Returns (creations) concern the state of our Mind, ideas, assessments and thoughts, and everyone notices that people quickly become what they hate in others; they are only a small internal contribution to the Principle of Law. People must learn the principles of making decisions to regulate social life so the Law has something to do with Real Justice. People’s Laws and Codes can be so confusing and imprecise that instead of Justice, we have Injustice on Earth, and the Injustice of the Judiciary is the worst Fornication, Betrayal of God and an ignorant, satanic distortion of any spiritual culture. The Law of Retribution means that karma must be adequate to the Action and cannot exceed what was done to others as evil by the guilty person. In practice, this means slavery for slavery, confiscation and forced labour for theft, rape for rape, i.e. castration for rape, fear for fear, violence for violence, and robbery for robbery, of course, in humane conditions, the punishment cannot exceed the suffering of the victim. Repaying exactly what a person has done to others as quickly as possible is ṚTA, the Right of Retribution. Whoever was extorting others must be extorted from him because, by God’s Law, he will one day be punished by Fate, the Creator, Destiny, in exactly how someone will extort tribute from him. And whoever stole should be punished with confiscation of property, and if this is not enough, he should be punished with forced labour until he works off what he stole and repairs and repays the evil done to people. There is no point in locking a person in prison and keeping him at the expense of honest citizens. It is right that thieves should return and work off all they have stolen because only in this way can they repay their debt and bring the personality to maturity in which a person earns his living by the work of his own hands. For beating – beating, which in many countries is a public punishment of flogging, is in line with the Principle of Return and is not unfair because it is well known that whoever feels the pain he has inflicted on others will understand what a terrible experience it is when he beats or tortures another person. However, unjust punishment gives rise to the desire for revenge, so the judiciary must be pure and crystal clear in its deep discernment.

3. The Law of Retribution is inexorable, and if we leave a man with his evil deed, we forgive him, one day he will suffer exactly what he has done to us, and this happens in certain implementation cycles: three years, seven years, twelve years, thirty years, but it depends on the Angels of Punishment of God, the Lipika Angels, the Spirits of Return, who direct the discharge of the accumulations of Fate and destinies. Punishment can fall only for the Suffering caused and by the quantity and quality of this Suffering (DUHKHA), so if someone hits someone in the face and grinds his teeth, he creates a seed of a return which, when it bears fruit, will result in a situation in which such an individual will be hit in the face and lose his teeth, suffering just like his old victim from many years ago! This is how the entire karmic drama is fuelled: we reap what we once sowed and create for ourselves or others what we will one day reap, which will fall on us. If we have not imprisoned anyone in a cage, making him a slave, it is never just that we imprison him. Only for imprisoning others can one be imprisoned into slavery under the Law of Retribution. This means that, for the most part, arrest or imprisonment, as is common in many countries, is an absolute and socially harmful injustice! That is why Western countries are becoming a wasteland of terrible lawlessness because they idiotically try to convert the harm and suffering into years of imprisonment, which is completely pointless and exposes the entire society of honest people to enormous costs and harm. The paradigm of PUNISHMENT, Retribution, must be modified to the standard of the Eternal Law of God. A person who does not pay alimony should not be imprisoned but only obliged to work for the children he or she has created. There is no sense or purpose in honest citizens paying for their stay in prison. It is downright robbery against society if you rob people of money to keep the alimony payer in prison or detention!

4. The unlawful judiciary must be put to rest, undoubtedly, by changing its Paradigm of thinking and discernment, and the Judge must recognize the harm and suffering of the victim, and the punishment must be inflicting similar harm or suffering, or what God loved most, redressing all harm, redressing the damage. If Pawlak’s cow comes into harm’s way on the Kargul’s Field, the cow should neither be killed nor Pawlak locked up in prison. The damage to Kargul’s Field must be quantified, and Pawlak must give him as much of his grain and straw as his cow destroyed to Kargul. And the Judge and the law’s executors are also entitled to payment for the damage assessment service, of course! If Pawlak does not want to repair the damage to Kargul himself, he must bear all the costs of valuation and repair of the damage! Keeping Pawlak in prison at the expense of the taxpayer Kargul is the absurdity of a godless and satanic judiciary that is senseless in such a case. What is reversible should be immediately repaired and compensated, which may even result in God not making Karmic Retribution. For it is the atonement that holds back the Sword of Retribution, unless it is too late, for when the sword of Fate begins to fall, nothing can stop it, and the Measured Retribution must be made. Every thief of other people’s property should be opened a loan account to be repaid, at least for life, with what he stole and the costs of his prosecution and imprisonment. Of course, if he does not want to work and return what he stole, he must be guaranteed compulsory public works for society to pay all his debt. It’s easy because cities are dirty and there is a lot of cleaning work and enough for everyone, just like many other jobs for the good of society! We must consider both easy and simple cases to be punished in the Spirit of God’s Law and more complicated and difficult cases. If someone causes a fight and damages another’s spine, causing the person to end up in a wheelchair, the perpetrator of permanent disability should provide care and funds for the victim’s subsistence, contribute to the victim’s account or even fund his or her pension. A good idea is to create a fund for victims, which must be contributed by all those who permanently damaged someone else. This will undoubtedly reduce the number of permanent damages caused because refusing to pay must amount to forced labour for the good of society. A person’s work enriches and exalts them, and the inactivity and long-term idleness of criminals is the most hideous and demoralizing thing. Yet there is a lot of work everywhere; cleaning up garbage is a problem for every commune, and in public service, many people should be thoroughly engaged in such useful work. It is demoralizing to publicize arrests, often of innocent people, and to conduct long-term investigations for years. This practice must be stopped immediately, and the arrested person must be sentenced within a month or by a final court judgment at the latest. And then we need to reveal the real criminals publicly and not protect robbers, thieves and rapists with a cloak of secrecy. The first punishment from God is a reminder, a warning, and it must be made public so that the local community knows who steals, robs, rapes, beats and murders. People can avoid a thief or a robber if they can easily recognize him and know who to guard against, and the fear of public censure in the place where the thief lived, stole, or committed robberies will deter most people from harmful activities, more than long imprisonment and return to an anonymous city where he can hide his hideous and evil activities. Society has the right and must know that in the same block lives a pickpocket, a rapist, a paedophile, or a robber who commits beatings! Then, the activity of many will come to an abrupt end if they have to ask for forgiveness and promise to do better in the market square in front of the community. This is how unruly people are admonished in advanced human and angelic societies on Earth and the higher planets. Steya, theft must be particularly publicly condemned because parasitism impoverishes the entire society, and anyone proven to be a thief should be sentenced to forced public works or the return of what he or she appropriated, stole or extorted, and recovering the stolen property should also include thief’s family belongings and property. Steya is a social parasitism because not only does the thief steal from his victims, but he also parasitises at the expense of honest citizens by spending time in prison. If he worked as many hours daily as he had free time, everything he stole and the court costs would be paid back, which would be good rehabilitation! The lack of social rehabilitation, which is paper fiction and very socially harmful, is a pathology of the justice system. Activities that raise the level of culture and morality should be a daily norm for those who remain in prison because they are dangerous to the environment and dangerous to the life and health of their neighbours. A robber who commits attacks and beatings and is difficult to effectively control so that he does not commit even greater evil because he is harmfully aggressive should be subjected to thorough resocialization to determine whether he is suitable for society, and sadistic and psychopathic tendencies are a matter more for moral repair and psychological and psychiatric therapy. Criminal robbery should be treated compulsorily so that the person subjected to awareness and moral therapy can overcome evil tendencies. It is known that intensive therapeutic and awareness-raising activities, music and dance classes, singing classes, or learning to release aggression in a substitute way reduce the risk of recidivism many times, while imprisonment in a cage and long-term confinement, cage isolation in cells, only increases aggressive tendencies many times. The need to compensate the victims of robbery beatings and pay for their treatment or damages until the accounts are completely settled, forced public works on account of the judiciary, and thorough social rehabilitation is a very effective remedy for robbery and robber pathology. Pedagogical practice shows that daily physical education based on boxing sports practically eliminates aggressive acts outside the ring and honorary boxing sparring in aggressive classes, so why not use this knowledge of generations of educators to treat pathologically aggressive individuals? Education is half of the success of social rehabilitation, and this must consist of both Learning, Therapy and Work because work always has a socializing effect on all people, including those from the social margin. Not keeping people in cages but stigmatizing and publicizing crimes and offences legally adjudicated by the court and the need to repair the damage done to others and work for their good. This is the Law.

5. Law in the spiritual, mystical approach of the Culture of the East, Eurasia, is Ṛta or Tao, and both concepts, both the Indian Ṛta and the Chinese Tao (Dao), mean the Principle of Return, the Law of Payment. Christ or the Buddha expressed the Law with the words: “As one sows, so shall one reap.” Action, including thoughts and words, is the seed that produces appropriate effects, according to the Evil we do to other people, animals and nature, and as a return, we receive an appropriate dose of harm and suffering. There are still people in the world who harm others or destroy nature, animals or plants, and there are still people suffering and being harmed, but some people experience the return of what they once did in thought, word or deed, and some suffer harm undeservedly, and the return will only fall on their harmers. As the Buddha or Moses said, the Law, the Good Law, the Ṛta (Tao) gives to each person according to his deeds and the suffering and harm that the Evil One has caused to the Good One, the Innocent One. Ṛta acts ruthlessly in specific cycles of time, arranging a person’s fate according to his life, treatment of others, power of harm and negative tendencies. When examining the philosophy of law-making on earth, we should take all of this into account, although the Angels of the Lord of Karma (Fate), known as Lipika Deva, are probably best suited to recording evil deeds and developing an effective and adequate fate, the fate for the wrongdoer. The punishment prepared for clearly evil and pathologically evil individuals should cover the entire scope of their evil activities and be comprehensively corrective. Unfortunately, Western ideas of keeping people in cages called prisons, in immobility, stuffiness and isolation, only worsen the condition of those imprisoned, causing an increase in crime and more aggressive crime. Confinement and isolation always lead to an increase in aggression and degradation of the often questionable intelligence, which only worsens the condition of every prisoner, who, after leaving prison, is even worse, cunning and malicious than before imprisonment, especially long-term imprisonment.

6. A method proven in many civilized countries of publicly stigmatizing a criminal by announcing him in the press and media, and the necessity of forced work for the benefit of society, socially useful work or directly for the benefit of the victim until he makes up for what he stole or destroyed, as is the case in civilized mediations, is much more effective and prevents recidivism, repeated crimes and criminal life, especially petty thieves and robbers who make a living from small but frequent thefts or robberies. Of course, punishing a single mother with no means of living or work for stealing food from a store for a hungry child is a gross demoralization of the judiciary. Politicians who ruin jobs and social welfare with their thoughtless decisions and ideas should be punished in such cases. The hungry need to be fed, preferably by getting a meal for some work. One day of work for society a week in exchange for the opportunity to eat a full meal every day for the entire week should be the rule for the unemployed and homeless to introduce a fair law-making system in the country.

7. Leaving homeless, hungry, and unemployed people to themselves in the name of illusory profits from high taxes and high social security contributes to the criminalization of the entire society. Hungry children learn to steal from an early age to survive another day of their miserable lives, and then they learn pathological robbery behaviour to obtain any funds, have a place to live and have warmth at home in the winter. If the power leads millions of people to such a state, it is a robbery power, committing robbery on society, and such power must be isolated from society by confiscating everything it has robbed and stolen. The right to work is the basis of the existence of every person in society, and as an inalienable basic Human Right, it must be respected and available to everyone. Where taxes are low, unemployment practically does not exist, and the entire country is rich and prosperous. The remaining few truly parasitic and psychopathic individuals are then easily made aware, controlled and re-educated to the Good Way of Law, Righteousness and Justice. This principle is simple and transparent but requires a change in the state paradigm towards local government and anti-fiscal policy. The fewest crimes are committed in countries where only wealthy citizens pay taxes on their companies and properties and in those where paying taxes is voluntary, if only because a whole group of pseudo-crimes called fiscal crimes disappears.

8. We have only three types of crimes according to the law written on the Emerald Tablets, which are God’s Laws and Rules, and we must stick to this when analysing each case. The first group includes killing, mutilation, physical torment, rape, coercion and robbery, i.e. all Hinsa committed by an act of robbery. The second group is all falsehood and fraud, extortion and exploitation based on untruth and lies, i.e. Asat. The third group is Steya; it is all theft, stealing, exploitation and robbery, including that carried out by criminal fiscal officials who extort excessive taxes and impose completely unjust and unfair penalties on people. However, God’s Law does not provide for the existence of either fiscal taxes or no usury on loans, which is complete theft. Already in ancient times, the state system collected high taxes on morally questionable activities, such as gambling, intoxicating substances (alcohol, hashish) and services such as prostitution or abortion. This could indeed be allowed or even advisable in a state of law because if prostitution is an untaxed profitable business, then every average citizen will feel mistreated if he has to pay a horrendous tax on his meagre income from the sale of parsley or an unimaginably high fine that leads directly to suicide.

9. The Holy Principle of Retribution, praised by Folk Wisdom with rules such as: “As Kuba does to God, so does God to Kuba”, or “As one makes bed, so will he sleep”, or “An eye for an eye, blood for blood”, clearly indicates that The Law of Retribution, Karma, is the Law of Vengeance, Retaliation. We must realize that in this world we live in, we live under the power of the Cosmic Law of Vengeance. Just Payment or Retribution reaches every person, and people cannot demand punishment for a person duly punished by fate in life with appropriate suffering in the form of appropriate damage, illness, disability or loss. It can be said that Rta is the Wise Vengeance of God, which ensures that everyone experiences what one has inflicted on others and what one has caused in others. The explanation and presentation of Vengeance in Semitic-Persian circles called Muntaqim could have great educational and educative significance because it shows Universal Justice, independent of all human institutions called the justice system, which in practice has zero educational and re-educational abilities for degenerate individuals of society. Surgery to shrink the amygdala in dangerous psychopaths is a cheaper and more economical procedure and much more effective than the costly and repeated keeping of such people as “dangerous” in various prisons and penal wards specially designed for them. Similarly, after castration, a rapist becomes a harmless eunuch.

10. The problem, however, is the fact that there is a 30-40% error in administering punishment to people allegedly guilty of crimes because this means that out of 10 people punished, 3-4 are completely innocent, and this error is today used as the main argument for the complete abolition and removal of the death penalty. It seems reasonable that honorary suicides and euthanasia of people who are forced to serve extremely long prison sentences, such as life imprisonment, are highly advisable, humane and economical for society. Interestingly, the percentage of innocently convicted people also roughly coincides with the percentage of people in society who are easily psycho-manipulated due to their very weak psyche and can be easily convinced of events that did not take place and which they will feel as if they actually happened. Thanks to this, some criminals are produced by clever police and prosecutor agents who, years later, find out that they were not guilty and had nothing to do with the crime.

11. All articles regarding the so-called insult and defamation should be removed from penal codes, especially defamation of state authorities because they restrict Freedom of Speech and Expression and are also a tool for political repression of inconvenient citizens and individuals with a completely different worldview. Also, various hypersensitive and aggressive, even paranoid people can easily use defamation codes to fight against their adversaries, and this should at most be a matter of settlement and apology in a civil trial. In ancient Greece, for verbal insult and defamation, a person was summoned to a public debate in the market square, and if he could not prove his arguments, he was publicly ridiculed, booed and mocked, which is quite enough as a reprimand and to teach responsibility for the Spoken Word and its compliance with the Truth. In particular, when it comes to state power and its organs, everyone must have the right to say what they think without any repercussions in the form of imprisonment, and civilized countries are striving for this. While restraint of speech and language is a recognized virtue, enforcing it by force is a crime against Freedom of Speech and Basic Civil Freedom!

12. Punishment for refusing military service is another medieval legal absurdity because it is punishment for refusing to kill people and for refusing to be trained to commit murder. This basis should be disseminated, praised and supported socially, and military service should be a completely voluntary activity for volunteers and professionals as long as defending the country’s borders or rights against other states is justified and necessary. Limiting criminal repression, or the truly necessary minimum, which is the protection of life, health, safety and property, returning to the basic principles of God’s Law, combined with educating children and young people in the field of Ethics and Law, combined with raising awareness of endangered environments, all this can work wonders! Indeed, in Japan, there are 11 times fewer people imprisoned per capita than in the USA, and it is still much safer than in the American “El Dorado”, where the prison system is expanding and more and more laws are being introduced for violations of which are increasingly draconian prison convictions. For every 100,000 prisoners in Japan, we have 1 million 100,000 prisoners in the USA and a total increase in crime in the American “democracy”. You can see the focus on education, absolute proof of guilt, slimming down criminal law from hundreds of senseless regulations means a return to normality in society and an increase in safety, especially since each homeless person receives a small accommodation, a small room and a toilet (instead of a prison cell), where he can live safely and peacefully, and also one meal a day so that he does not die of hunger, and this does not cost much to the entire society, which pays only small taxes at rates of 3% or 7%…

13. Japan, however, is a country where every citizen is a Shintoist and a Buddhist, and both of these higher cultures foster the study and understanding of the Law in its human and divine dimensions. Where the Law of Retribution is known, ta, Tao, a person is more responsible for his actions, words and thoughts, avoiding Bad Thoughts, Bad Beliefs or Malicious Assessments in Thoughts. Right Thinking leads to Right Speech and Right Actions, and the entire human individual, Compatible and Attuned to the Eternal Law of God, with this Holy (Rita), is in no way exposed to God’s Vengeance, i.e. Retribution from Heaven for one’s evil thoughts, words and deeds. Good thoughts mean greater optimism and better hope, and natural optimists live longer, healthier, and better off. All these are the advantages of being brought up in a higher ethical and spiritual culture than European or American ones, and yet the Buddhist tradition comes from Brahmin India as one of the forms of the religious Cult of Vishnu, the incarnation and descent of which was Lord Buddha as the so-called Avatar!

14. The Eastern concept – cities of detention or areas of exile for extremely dangerous criminals and notorious recidivists – is one of the best penitentiary ideas of all time, if combined with compulsory work and education through work and taken from the concept of heavenly banishment, exile from Paradise. It is common knowledge that even a week spent in solitary confinement, in isolation with several people or alone, disturbs the functioning of the psyche and moral judgment, increases aggression and auto-aggression, leading to mutilation and suicide, so the use of imprisonment as a punishment, especially a long-term one, should not take place at all. Much better is being exiled to some larger desert island, where you must cultivate your plot of land to stay alive, which you cannot leave in any way. In addition to the disorders mentioned above, cage prisoners also suffer from dementia, hearing loss, disturbed spatial orientation and self-esteem, as well as escalations of sadism and cruelty, which all show that this is a system leading to the growth of pathology and not to its elimination or limitation. Living at society’s expense is extremely demoralizing and destroys all moral standards that the accused had before being imprisoned in the cage. We need to build not prisons but workplaces with profitable production and forced labour in these workplaces so that the social reduction of real criminals can take place and a person has a chance to become a full-fledged individual in society.

15. According to the Eternal Law, someone can be punished if his actions cause harm, i.e. when suffering has been caused and damage has been caused. A penalty is a punishment for a specific harm or injury, so you cannot punish where a rigid regulation has been violated and no injury or harm has been caused to anyone. Refusal to serve in the military or insulting the president, or burning the national flag are acts that do not harm anyone, provided, of course, that the person burns his own flag because, in this way, he only expresses his views and must have the right and civil liberties guaranteed to do so.

16. It is high time to end the repressive criminal law and its many senseless paragraphs that are equally mindlessly applied. Ordinary civic pragmatism dictates that the one who made a mess should be punished by making him clean it, and the one who stole should be forced to give back or make up for what he stole from the victim of his theft. And those who stigmatize and insult can, at most, be criminally stigmatized and insulted or forced to make repeated public apologies and nothing more. This is an elementary civilization of the legal system, which otherwise tends to corruption and repression. And, of course, the judicial power should be independent of the influence of political and administrative power because its present submission to various ignorant politicians makes the position of a judge or prosecutor somewhat ridiculous and frivolous. The removal of ridiculous, thoughtless and corrupt provisions in the penal code and the liquidation of the political power of the state administration over the judicial system must be the basis for reforming or, rather, civilizing the medieval justice system with its bastilles, which the French Revolution already wanted to demolish as unnecessary and harmful tools for repressing the hungry and poor society.

17. The attentiveness of the judiciary in family matters, where wives often simply accuse their husbands of violence against them and their children, as well as alleged rapes, sometimes absurdly, just to get rid of their husband from home in favour of her lover, should be great and bordering on intuitive, wonderful feeling. There are plenty of fathers injured by their wives who are innocently sitting in prisons and jails, and criminal law completely wrongly deals with cases that should be dealt with by a family psychologist and a family court but as a divorce case. Society should also not bear the costs of keeping alimony payers in prison because alimony amounts to PLN 300-500 per month, and the cost of maintaining a man who evades alimony is PLN 1,500 per month or more, so imprisoning these people is a robbery of society. It is five times cheaper to pay alimony and register whether the person works, and then collect the appropriate amount of alimony after carefully examining genetically whether he is the father of the children. Many “fathers” who abandon their families or children and wives are people who instinctively feel that they are not the creators of their offspring. The percentage of those framed for fatherhood in Europe is as high as 30%, more with the first child and less with subsequent ones. Psychological aversion to the child acquired in this way and to the wife is therefore justified in such cases and difficult to overcome, which is why alimony proceedings should begin with absolutely modern genetic tests that establish the children’s paternity without any doubt. Another thing is that the obligation to provide for children’s maintenance should be shared equally between fathers and mothers! Both parents are jointly responsible for their offspring’s survival, maintenance and upbringing.

18. Today, there is a lot of fuss about chasing hashish or marijuana, which, compared to cigarettes and alcohol, are less addictive and much less harmful because alcohol destroys and kills neurons, and cigarettes fuel the cancer epidemic, while marijuana is a mild anti-stress and painkiller. Instead of huge expenses on prosecuting, punishing and imprisoning dealers and consumers of hemp (cannabis) and its derivatives, their legalization would be enough because it would also provide a huge tax profit and reduce the consumption of drug monopolists, i.e. alcohol and cigarettes. The Indians considered tobacco a harmful and demonic narcotic herb that favoured fanaticism, aggression, and ferocity, stimulated the criminal instinct to kill and was a sign of the covenant of war. Muslim culture considers alcohol to be the drink of Satan and evil forces, pointing to the neurological degradation of drunkards, their senselessness and helplessness, as well as the well-known drunken aggressiveness and capacity for violence. The worst crimes are and have been committed in the fumes of alcohol and in clouds of nicotine smoke, which results in the oncological business, the entire cancer endemic. Every 100 grams of spirit drunk, even in beer or altar wine, kills 1,800 neurons in the brain and prevents, blocks for some time the regeneration and production of nerve cells in the hippocampus of the brain, and hence all forms of dementia! Compared to these narcotic pests, hemp products such as marijuana and hashish are low-harm cheerleaders with antidepressant and analgesic effects. Legalizing these measures, which have been used for centuries in Europe, Asia, and America, and taxing them would be a real profit and social progress, both in the health and legal fields! The fact that the anti-drug department and several prisons would be liquidated would also be a social gain because where these drugs are legally sold, the mafias become weaker, they lose their source of income, HIV disappears, and the amount of drugs decreases globally, and society becomes richer in every respect and more civilized.

19. Offering Prayers for Just and Fair Law and the Rule of Law is one side of work, fighting for the Law, and the other is educating people and submitting demands and motions, at least to each of the MPs and senators and the highest court or the Ministry of Justice, is the other side of fighting for Good Law and the restoration of heavenly Law and Order on Earth. The simplest principle used by Anglo-Saxon legislation is to add all penalties for individual crimes, as long as they restrict Freedom or are financial penalties, and this means that those who have committed more crimes are punished much more severely, a principle worthy of being introduced in every legal system, order and justice. The word Ṛta means Law and Order, the Principle that organizes and restores social Order. One rule for Lipika Angels, and one just needs to follow it and submit to it so that no more regulations are necessary. Where there is no Wisdom, there are hundreds of confusing regulations, and where there is not even Understanding, there are thousands of contradictory paragraphs. One Principle of Justice, the Law of Retribution, is sufficient for God’s Wisdom to apply it Justly to all people in every Age of the World’s Existence, in each of the Four Great Yugas and in each of the 14 Manvantaras. In the Kālī Yuga that prevails now – Law is most needed, but the Principle of Just Retribution is most often drastically violated because imprisonment can only really be used in exchange for the imprisonment and enslavement of others. God’s order applies exclusion from society, but it is an expulsion, a banishment to another world, and never confinement in a narrow and rude cage at the expense of the entire society!

20. Those who want this way of punishing thieves or car drivers for causing accidents should pay for their stay in prison. The compulsion to settle and work in a profitable but closed zone, i.e. deportation to educational work and courses, study, education or re-education to return to society, is cheaper and, what’s more, highly profitable. The system of forced settlement and forced labour has been the most effective of all penal and repressive systems, and today, it can be freely used in an even more humane and civilized way. The principle of a day without work is a day without food perfectly trains and educates all kinds of thieves, fraudsters and scammers, and these are the most numerous among criminals. In particular, thieves profiting from state and government jobs should repay the entire society with honest work for its prosperity, development and well-being. Socially useful work educates, brings up, develops and socializes, and asocial and parasitic individuals must first be socialised to re-educate and civilize them. By the way, being kept in a prison cage for causing a tragic road accident only increases the tragedy and destroys the driver’s family, and is not a punishment at all. The need to work and compensate the accident victim’s family would be a just punishment by the principle of Compensation for Harm and Loss because this is also the basis for shaping fate when the Lipika Angels, with their help, try to arrange our fate!

21. If the perpetrator of the crime himself makes Atonement so that his victims are satisfied, no one has the right to any punishment because where the damage is repaired, the Law of Retribution will no longer operate, and God will no longer take Vengeance. Themis cannot be blind or thoughtless, and the principle of extortion from punishment should be ubiquitous in the Law because compensation is supposed to satisfy the injured, and punishment cannot repress the entire society with its costs. Judges must be intelligent people who actually resolve arbitrary disputes and conflicts so that the parties to the dispute or conflict themselves reach satisfactory solutions and arrangements through mediation. Of course, this task would be made easier by deep meditation and concentration on Om tam! Certainly, simply focusing on Ṛtam, Ṛta or Tao, or on Muntaqim, would lead the Judges in the right direction during trials and negotiations of Atonement or Just Punishment!

22. A person cannot be tormented and tortured for years in a so-called investigation under any pretext. Closing inquiries within a week and investigations within a month and bringing them before the Court immediately for a verdict must be the norm of Justice and the Rule of Law. Subsequent court cases must occur every day, at least every week, until a judgment is issued in a given case. The possibility of long-term detention is a political weapon used to oppress politically incorrect people, inconvenient business people and environmentalists, and it cannot take place in any way. The efficiency of the administration of Justice lies in its effective and reasonable speed. The judiciary must also be able to admit its errors in recognizing guilt and reasonably compensate the innocent whom it imprisons so that Cassation is an Acquittal!

23. Putting an end to the so-called lengthy investigations will undoubtedly civilize the entire justice system, and detention without a verdict cannot replace punishment, especially if there are no grounds for bringing a person to court, as it is never right to imprison someone just in case. The variety of punitive and disciplinary measures, especially those based on correction and compensation of the criminal to the victim, as well as on agreement, mediation and forgiveness by the victims, is undoubtedly a great step from the medieval inquisitorial repression, resembling the mindless action of an angry crowd, towards the humane correction, education and resocialization of pathological units. If out of 100,000 prisoners, there are only a few hundred people considered dangerous to the environment, it means that to improve safety, only the most dangerous individuals pose a threat and should be isolated from society, even from the prison community, so that they do not influence and cause harm to the environment. In fact, only at most 1/10 (one-tenth) or less of those currently imprisoned or arrested should be punished this way, and the rest should be re-educated in another way – humane and civilized. But will those interested in well-paid work in the prison service be willing to allow the entire medieval, repressive penal system based on ignorance and thoughtless regulations to be civilized?

24. There is a lot of work for everyone – it is enough to reduce taxes, partially eliminate taxes, at least those from the poorest and the budget, because there is no point in pouring money from empty to empty, and the prestige of a citizen-businessman depends on how much revenue he brings to the commune’s coffers in the community in which he lives, acts and conducts his business, and the economy and the entire system are immediately healed, because this is the basis, along with taxation of what is morally and ethically questionable such as prostitution, abortions, drug addiction and littering with products such as disposable packaging, to make them unprofitable! It is enough to make one very minimal fee for social care so that everyone can buy it themselves if they want, and the problem of illegal work and the grey zone will disappear because insurance is a private matter for every free person. Lots of Freedom means a lot of work for every person and the elimination of pathological environments that encourage criminalization. Low taxes mean a lot of investments, no escape from business people to tax havens and ease of creating jobs and enterprises, which means profit, income, and benefits for everyone. 25. Progress and Justice are the most urgently needed Ideals to be Implemented in Life, and the Best Code of Laws that God Revealed has the Ten Commandments in the Christian, Buddhist and Hindu editions, which seem to have the original of both emerald Tablets with the Decalogue, and this means that only the Five Laws are the Code of Human Rights, because the remaining 5 Principles are Mystical-Spiritual Laws, not just Ethical-Moral Laws. As for imprisonment sentences, those longer than 30 years, which is the Saturn cycle (Śani Yuga), should not occur at all, as they have no meaning or benefit from the point of view of reducing karma or securing re-education. There will be no point in further educating an entity that cannot be repaired for such a long, extreme period, and the optimal cycle intended for the repair and re-education of these naturally long ones is the Martian transformation cycle lasting about 15 years, as well as the Dragon cycle, i.e. the Lunar Year of the Dragon lasting about 19.5 years (19.6 years). Twenty years is a very long period. If it is filled with work and study, re-education or therapy, it always brings results because it is a social and educational cycle leading to psychological and mental maturity and responsibility for oneself and one’s life. Most criminals have immature personalities and cannot build lasting relationships or take on responsible social roles. All re-education and therapy of criminals should be carried out to bring them to maturity and correct their personality.

26. The cycle of Jupiter is 12 years, the major cycle of Mars is 15 years, the Dragon Year is 19.6 years or almost 20 years, and the cycle of Saturn is nearly 30 years (about 29.5 years). In ancient, developed civilizations, this form of self-punishment was adopted, especially for murderers. A well-made law must be able to punish, acquit, and also know about compensation and forgiveness because if I am a victim but I forgive the criminal, what is the reason to punish or prosecute the person whom the victim pardoned and forgive the guilt? The Law of Forgiveness and the Law of Atonement are LAWS for the guardians of morality.

27. It is extraordinary, even incomprehensible, that in Christian countries, the law does not apply the principles of Atonement or Forgiveness, although it is well known and practised in Buddhist or Muslim countries, where if the family of the deceased forgives the accused killer, the justice system refrains from punishing based on the Law of Forgiveness. It is similar in the case of voluntary redress, compensation for harm, and compensation that satisfies the victim of the crime. The purple outfit of the Goddess Themis helps in Liberation, Forgiveness and Atonement, and the black clothes of the demons of injustice determine hellish ruthlessness and inquisitorial unreason, whereas today, the inquisition is called any punishment for crimes based on worldview, resulting from beliefs or cherished ideals. A purple outfit and a noble emerald with the Five Laws of Yamah are essential for the moral repair of humanity. The five moral, interpersonal principles are five prohibitions against doing evil that lead to suffering and misfortune of other creatures, people and nature. The destruction of humanity also means the destruction of nature because the poisoning of air and water and the destruction of forests also means the destruction and poisoning of human beings. The diamond on the forehead is a symbol of feeling and seeing the Truth as it is, truthfulness, sincerity, honesty – these must be the moral qualities of judges, who should be recruited from among people over 30 years of age, without addictions, morally unblemished and chosen by society, by the local community for the Office of Judge. Only after such a choice an honest, moral and truthful person should be trained practically for 3 years to become a society Judge. The mystical experience of the Judgment of God would be very useful, but the function of Shahid, the Guardian of Truth and Judgment, cannot be guaranteed to every willing human person. Of course, the Judges’ Self-Government and society must have the right to remove an unworthy and morally questionable person from the Office of a Judge. People who accidentally graduated from law school should not just have the opportunity to become judges without acceptance and election by the local society, the working people of cities and villages!

28. In practice, the best Judges were always the Village or Town Elders, people with extensive experience and justice, and honest people, although sometimes also uneducated. A properly formed, impartial conscience, honesty and integrity of character make a person a good Judge, not the religious fundamentalism of ayatollahs or inquisitors, nor legal studies and the help of the family already in this office. The electability of the judiciary is a very important principle of the state of Law and Justice, the independence of the administrative power from the political government is the second principle of independence, and the collegiality of the judiciary, modelled on the Trinity of Gods-Judges, is the third very important issue. The fact that the judge should also listen to the voice of society and not only stick to the currently often dead regulations is the fourth important issue because it cannot be the case that after 15 years of imprisonment, a death penalty is executed on a man who has undergone complete social rehabilitation and metamorphosis, and even married the person who found her love in him only because the lawyer was 2 hours late with another appeal supported by thousands of honest people voting and protesting for the release of a criminal who had been re-educated for 15 years! Such incidents show a system of sick, soulless, dead and stupid regulations, where neither Good nor Truth counts, where there is no Justice, and this is the image of contemporary, supposedly Christian America, the USA, where such horrors happen almost every day, and the number of miscarriages of justice when issuing death sentences is probably the highest in the world, despite advanced techniques and technology. Undoubtedly, judges whom society itself chooses from among known fellow citizens with appropriate morale and authority have much greater social authority, respect, recognition and obedience than people unknown to anyone, or even worse, young people without practical life experience to be able to adjudicate complex matters of interpersonal conflicts and misunderstandings. Conflict psychology should be the primary subject a judge should know, explore and study.

29. Understanding the Law of Retribution, and therefore the Principle of Punishment as a higher Law of Nature or the Law of God shaping human destiny, human fate, is a deep, almost mystical-philosophical issue, but the Knowledge there is in the area of ​​the basics of mysticism and spirituality of religion, not in areas requiring sacrifices and divine gifts, which makes this, the Tao, a Principle accessible to every interested and searching Reason. Studying the parables, images and commentaries of very learned Sages of the Law is enough to understand the Essence of Law-Making and then responsibly move within specific cases and situations. Of course, contemplation of the Goddess Themis or a Deity such as Varuṇa Deva, who is the Angel, the Guardian and the Ruler of the Law of divine Retribution, is very helpful to catch and grasp well the Spirit of Orderliness, Order and Justice and to understand the Principle of Divine Vengeance and Return. Retribution in an educative way, but in such a way that the punished person goes through the fate he prepared for his victim because this is the most important thing when the Varuṇa Angels, the Lipika Devas, weave a man’s fate from the matter of what he has created for others with his actions, words and thoughts, because the insight of both Lipika and Lord Varuṇa Deva himself and His Divine Judgment embraces man so deeply. Merely blindly memorizing various regulations does not entitle one to pass judgment and pass sentences, but a well-formed conscience in Righteousness, which has both understanding and feeling for both the criminal and the victim, makes a person a true Judge and allows him to be a Guardian of the Law like the biblical Joshua and his outstanding successors.

30. Ṛta (Rita, Rita) is achieved through deep contemplation and meditation, and intuitively Lawful and Just people are in every society under the sun because Ṛta, Law, is the Principle that creates all existence, fate and destiny. Ṛta is a Law like the Greek Fate, the Law of Destiny, but based on one’s past life, inclinations, deeds, words and thoughts. If a person opens himself to the Divine Law, the essence of the Law, Ṛta or Dharma, will reside in his Heart and manifest itself through human Reason and Action. The first affirmative attempts to open up in this direction and explore the issue can come by identifying deeply with a few simple thoughts:

“I unite myself with the Eternal Law of God!” Om Ṛtam!

31. We know that for Eastern Religions, for example, for over a billion people in the Muslim world, the Degree of Law is the basic Degree of Religion and Mysticism, which is called Sharia – the Collection of Laws and Principles leading to the understanding of the Law of God with which the Supreme Person treats and experiences humanity and creatures. Only later, after the Understanding and Concept of God’s Law, comes the stage of the Mystical Path, which leads to the Truth and even further to the Revelation of God. Without knowledge of the Law, meditation or mystical Revelation is impossible. Similarly, Lord Buddha says that the basis of religion and Mysticism is the Dharma Teaching of the Good, Eternal Law of God. The traditional Veda, the Holy Knowledge, Yoga and Tantra talk about the Principle, the Essence of Law, which is ṚTA (Rita), the Principle of Return, the Principle of Retribution, i.e. LAW, the Essence of Law, which can be discussed and commented on in the form of Rules of Conduct, which constitutes DHARMAH!

32. Meditation on the two syllables ṚTA (in Sanskṛti, the letter Ṛ is a separate syllable here) and the study of Dharma is the basis, the essence of the First Class of Yoga and Tantra, which leads a person to the Love of Truth, Righteousness, Light and Justice that they talk about and recommend in all religious and hermetic Holy Scriptures of the world. Before a person reaches the state of the Sage Master of Law and Truth, praised with one affirmative expression such as: “I Am the Law, everything I do is right, good and right”, he will have to research and study a lot to feel and understand and in practice easily apply the principle of Orderliness and Order of the universe of which the Sūfī Sages of Persia told Yā Qaher! When Christ says his famous phrase: “The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath,” he is saying that the Son of Man is a person so versed in the Law of God that he is Lord of the Law, makes it and puts it into practice because of his perfect knowledge of the Eternal Principle, and the word Sabbath itself in this saying meant the entire Holy Law of the Sabbath revealed in the Ten Commandments or Decalogue, where Saturday/Sabbath is the Holy Symbol of the Laws of God. From the contemplation of the ṚTA itself, a person can write a great manual on the Law of God and the entire philosophy of law-making in each Epoch of the Platonic Year or the entire Epoch of the Kālī Yuga.

33. We can hope that all reflections and tips will be used by Intelligent, Enlightened and Wise people to reform and civilize the entire system of Law, or rather the gross injustice that is currently taking place in many supposedly civilized, but in fact, still very barbaric, countries of the so-called West. Humanitarianism is a valuable quality of people who think about the Common Good of society and civilization. Po jej zakończeniu zadawane są świadkowi pytania uzupełniające – mające na celu dopytanie o szczegóły, wyjaśniające aby wyjaśnić niejasności np. fachowe terminy oraz kontrolujące zmierzające do sprawdzenia wiarygodności świadka. W trakcie przesłuchania świadkowi często okazywane są tablice poglądowe z wizerunkami osób, miejsc rzeczy celem ich rozpoznania. Świadek może też po złożeniu zeznań uczestniczyć w okazaniu „na żywo” osób przy pomocy lustra fenickiego. Zazwyczaj z takiej czynności sporządzany jest odrębny protokół okazania.

W przesłuchaniu świadka ma prawo uczestniczyć obrońca podejrzanego jeśli przesłuchanie to zostało zarządzone na jego wniosek, ewentualnie jeśli przesłuchanie dokonywane jest z urzędu, a obrońca wniesie o dopuszczenie go do udziału w przesłuchaniu. W przesłuchaniu może uczestniczyć również podejrzany jeśli również złoży wniosek o dopuszczenie go do przesłuchania. Takie sytuacje nalezą jednak do rzadkości.

Po wyczerpaniu tematu przesłuchania przesłuchujący przekazuje świadkowi protokół celem jego odczytania. Po odczytaniu protokołu świadek może składać wnioski o sprostowanie protokołu. W przypadku braku takich wniosków protokół jest podpisywany na każdej stronie przez wszystkie obecne przy przesłuchaniu osoby, przy czym świadek pod swoimi zeznaniami zamieszcza adnotację, że treść zeznań odpowiada jego słowom. Jeżeli w trakcie przesłuchania ujawnione zostaną okoliczności, że w związku ze składanymi zeznaniami zostanie zastosowana wobec świadka lub jego najbliższych osób, przemoc, groźba bezprawna, świadek może zastrzec, że dane dotyczące jego miejsca zamieszkania pozostaną do wyłącznej wiadomości sądu lub prokuratora.

Jeżeli natomiast w trakcie przesłuchania pojawi się wątpliwość co do stanu psychicznego świadka, jego stanu rozwoju umysłowego, zdolności postrzegania lub odtwarzania przez niego spostrzeżeń – sąd lub prokurator może zarządzić przesłuchanie świadka z udziałem biegłego lekarza lub biegłego psychologa, a świadek nie może się temu sprzeciwić.

Warto nadmienić, że w czasie przesłuchania świadka również prokuratora obowiązują pewne zasady i zalecenia, które przekazywane są adeptom prokuratorskiego rzemiosła już w trakcie aplikacji. Zasady obowiązujące prokuratora (policjantów też) w czasie przesłuchania:

– prokurator jest gospodarzem przesłuchania i kieruje czynnością
– prokurator ma wymagać szacunku od przesłuchiwanego
– prokurator nie może nastawiać się, że świadek kłamie
– prokurator musi być uprzejmy wobec świadka (zasada uprzejmości)
– prokurator musi obserwować uważnie zachowanie świadka i wyciągać wnioski(zasada obserwacji)
– prokurator musi unikać sugestii
– wskazane jest sprawne protokołowanie przesłuchania
– prokurator w przypadku stwierdzenia, że świadek kłamie powinien uzyskać dużo szczegółów dot. sytuacji, gdyż wówczas łatwiej udowodnić kłamstwo.

Przesłuchanie w charakterze świadka

Otrzymując wezwanie do złożenia zeznań na policji, w prokuraturze lub przed sądem, masz obowiązek stawić się w określonym terminie i wyznaczonym do tego miejscu. Za nieusprawiedliwioną nieobecność sąd może nałożyć znaczną karę grzywny. Niesubordynowanego świadka policja, na wniosek prokuratora lub sądu, może doprowadź na przesłuchanie siłą.

Udając się na przesłuchanie, nie zapomnij zabrać ze sobą dokumentu tożsamości (dowodu osobistego, paszportu, prawa jazdy). Przesłuchujący cię funkcjonariusz winien się przedstawić i udzielić wyjaśnień dotyczących powodu, dla którego cię wezwał. Następnie zweryfikuje twoją tożsamość na podstawie okazanego dokumentu.

Zada ci szereg pytań formalnych: o imiona rodziców, datę urodzenia, miejsce zamieszkania itp. Zapyta też o twój stan cywilny, rodzinny i wykonywany zawód oraz miejsce pracy. Następnie pouczy o przysługujących ci podczas przesłuchania prawach i odpowiedzialności karnej wynikającej z zatajenia prawdy lub składania nieprawdziwych zeznań. Po dokonaniu tych czynności przystąpi do właściwego przesłuchania.

W zeznaniach swoich staraj się być rzeczowy i opanowany. Nie uprzedzaj pytań. Nie poruszaj dodatkowych wątków. Skup się na zadanym pytaniu i krótko na nie odpowiedz. Jeżeli z wyżej wspomnianych powodów boisz się udzielić odpowiedzi na pytanie – powołaj się na prawo do odmowy udzielenia odpowiedzi. Po złożeniu wyczerpujących zeznań funkcjonariusz okaże ci do przeczytania i podpisania protokół zeznania. Przeczytaj go uważnie. Zwróć uwagę, czy w protokole nie pozostawiono niezapisanych linii lub zbyt dużych odstępów między wyrazami. To bardzo ważne. Zdarza się, że „operatywny” lub dyspozycyjny funkcjonariusz celowo pozostawia puste linie, aby później, po podpisaniu przez świadka protokołu, uzupełnić je pożądaną przez siebie treścią.

Np. zeznasz: …oddałem Kowalskiemu pożyczoną kwotę …Wystarczy dopisać „nie” i w protokole twojego przesłuchania będzie widniało … nie oddałem Kowalskiemu pożyczonej kwoty… A jaką treścią można wypełnić pozostawione puste linie?

Tego nawet nie jesteś w stanie sobie wyobrazić! Dlatego jeżeli w okazanym dokumencie widnieją puste linie lub przerwy między wyrazami, wypełnij je falistą linią, a dopiero później podpisz każdą stronę protokołu, bezpośrednio pod tekstem zeznania. Nie zostawiaj żadnej pustej linijki! Pamiętaj, żeby podpisy składać tylko niebieskim tuszem lub atramentem. Oryginał dokumentu z niebieskim podpisem łatwo odróżnić od kserokopii i nieco trudniej podrobić.

Maria K. zabrana z domu przez policję w kapciach, została zawieziona na posterunek, gdzie przez kilka godzin poddawano ją przesłuchaniu mającemu na celu obciążenie jej pracodawcy. Była tak zestresowana i wystraszona, że chaotycznie powtarzała to, co przesłuchujący funkcjonariusz jej sugerował. Po kilku miesiącach wezwana na świadka do sądu, złożyła zeznanie zupełnie innej treści niż na policji.

W obliczu takich rozbieżności w zeznaniach kierujący procesem sędzia odczytał złożone przez nią na policji zeznanie i zapytał: Skąd wzięły się twierdzenia zawarte w policyjnym protokole przesłuchania świadka? Kobieta zgodnie z prawdą oświadczyła: Nie mam pojęcia…

Zofia B. w tej samej sprawie, wezwana na świadka, stawiła się na posterunku policji, gdzie przedłożono jej do podpisu gotowe już zeznanie. … Podpisałam je bez czytania i wyszłam, bo byłam z dzieckiem i bardzo się spieszyłam… tłumaczyła w sądzie.

Podane przykłady wskazują na to, jak łatwo dajemy się zastraszać i pozwalamy sobą manipulować. Dla własnej wygody lub zwykłego lenistwa świadczymy nieprawdę. Nie zastanawiamy się nad tym, jak dotkliwe skutki dla osoby, na szkodę której świadczymy, powoduje nasze zaznanie. Dlatego gdyby ktokolwiek z was znalazł się w podobnej sytuacji, niech wie, że wyrządzoną w ten sposób krzywdę niewinnej osobie należy jak najszybciej naprawić. Wystarczy pójść na policję i zażądać sprostowania złożonych zeznań. Funkcjonariusz policji nie może nam tego utrudniać.

Jest zobowiązany przyjąć od nas powtórne zeznanie. Nie dajmy mu się odwieść od powziętego zamiaru nawet groźbą odpowiedzialności karnej. Na tym etapie postępowania praktycznie groźba taka w ogóle nie istnieje! Tym razem stańmy na wysokości zadania i mówmy tyko to, co faktycznie jest nam w sprawie wiadome. Czytajmy też uważnie okazany nam do podpisu protokół. Dołóżmy starań, aby swoim postępowaniem nikogo nie krzywdzić. Przez chwilę dajmy się opanować empatii i odpowiedzmy sobie na pytanie – jak bym się czuł, gdyby ktoś złożył w mojej sprawie fałszywe zeznanie?

Przesłuchiwanie świadka lub podejrzanego

Zgodnie z przepisami osoba wezwana na przesłuchanie w charakterze świadka ma obowiązek stawienia się na przesłuchanie. Jeśli ten obowiązek nie zostanie wykonany, to organ prowadzący postępowania może nałożyć na świadka karę grzywny w wysokości do 10.000 zł. Poza tym można zarządzić przymusowe doprowadzenie przez policję (art. 285 kodeksu postępowania karnego). Zgodnie z art. 183 § 1 kodeksu postępowania karnego świadek może uchylić się od odpowiedzi na pytanie, jeżeli udzielenie odpowiedzi mogłoby narazić jego lub osobę dla niego najbliższą na odpowiedzialność za przestępstwo lub przestępstwo skarbowe. Chodzi w tym przypadku o konkretne pytanie – nie można w ogólne odmówić składania zeznań. W praktyce oczywiście można powstać sytuacja, iż świadek na każde zadane pytanie odpowie, że zgodnie z art. 183 kodeksu uchyla się od odpowiedzi.

Zgodnie z art. 192a kodeksu postępowania karnego można pobrać od podejrzanego odciski daktyloskopijne, próbki pisma, śliny itp. Tylko, że artykuł dotyczy podejrzanych, a nie świadków! Odciski daktyloskopijne pobiera się siłą, chociaż świadek ma prawo odmowy na poszczególne pytania czy żądania, zatem formalnie bezprawnie, gdyż świadek nie jest podejrzanym o przestępstwo! Żaden przepis nie przewiduje jednak, aby świadek miał obowiązek złożenia próbki pisma czy odcisków palców. Nie można nikogo zmusić do złożenia takich próbek, a generalnie osoba od której pobiera się próbki powinna mieć status podejrzanego. Jeśli jednak świadek nie zechce dobrowolnie złożyć takich próbek, to z pewnością zarządzone zostanie przeszukanie mieszkania w celu odnalezienia dokumentów (np. listów, notatek), na których znajdują się takie próbki. Nie jest wykluczone, że takie przeszukanie zostanie przeprowadzone w czasie, gdy świadek będzie na przesłuchaniu. Wszystko to jest bezprawiem urzędniczym policji i prokuratury, gdyż świadek nie jest podejrzanym, ale w policji i prokuraturze panują metody terrorystyczne rodem ze średniowiecza, a nadużycia władzy są częste.

W praktyce, świadek często nie dostaje do przeczytania protokołu swoich zeznań, a jeśli jest w nich wolne miejsce, policjant czy prokurator może coś dopisać. Podpis powinno się składać nie tyle u dołu strony ile tuż pod końcem tekstu zeznań na każdej ich stronie. Podejrzanemu przysługuje prawo do zapoznania się z treścią spisanych przez funkcjonariusza zeznań, a świadkowi w zasadzie tylko złożenie podpisu pod spisanymi do protokołu zeznaniami. Funkcjonariusze wykorzystują tę lukę i potrafią się nawet wykłócać, że nie ma takiego przepisu, który zmusza ich do udostępnienia protokołu świadkowi do odczytania. Można zatem bardzo powoli składać podpis na każdej stronie protokołu i szybko czytać, co tam zostało zapisane oraz skreślić wolny obszar, jeśli zostało w linii lub u dołu strony trochę wolnego miejsca! To gwarantuje, że nikt nic nie dopisze, a wściekłość funkcjonariusza może być oznaką, że chciał coś nielegalnie do twoich zeznań dopisać. W praktyce trzeba mieć do wszystkiego sporą wprawę w składaniu zeznań i stalowe nerwy oraz zdolność do wykłócania się o swoje prawa, nawet domniemane!

Pytanie świadka do prawników:

„Jestem świadkiem w sprawie karnej. Sprawę prowadzi Policja w innym mieście. W formie tzw. pomocy prawnej policjant z mojego miasta mnie przesłuchał, po podpisaniu protokołu zakomunikował, że chciałby próbki pisma (po 5x do każdego podpisu), wcześniej zeznałam, że żaden z podpisów nie jest mój. Powiedział, że nie musze tego robić, ale wtedy własnoręcznym pismem mam napisać taką ODMOWĘ. Mam sie zgłosić jutro. Czy mogę na komputerze napisać odmowę jak normalne pisma w świecie współczesnym i podpisać się ręcznie, czy muszę taką odmowę napisać własnoręcznie?”

Po 1: podstawa prawna żądania próbek pisma, a konkretnie jej brak.
Po 2: oświadczenie można złożyć ustnie, do protokołu. Protokół podpisujemy!
Po 3: jeżeli chcą próbki pisma, to znaczy, że podejrzewają cię o położenie fałszywego podpisu. Możesz spróbować zagrać fortelem i powiedzieć wedle wzoru:

Wzór odmowy dostarczenia próbek pisma. Jak odmówić dawania próbek pisma będąc świadkiem w sprawie karnej:

„Świadek z mocy art. 150 kpk zobowiązany jest jedynie do podpisania protokołu czynności, w której brał udział. Żądanie próbek pisma od świadka nie ma podstawy prawnej. Fakt takiego żądania każe mi wątpić, czy nie występuję w sprawie jako osoba faktycznie podejrzana, a pod pozorem przesłuchania mnie w charakterze świadka nie kryje się faktyczny zamiar uzyskania, wyłudzenia materiału porównawczego. Poza tym, zeznań świadka nie można zastępować treścią pism, zapisków lub notatek, co samo w sobie pozwala odmówić mi zastosowania się do żądania, w związku z czym odmawiam złożenia jakiegokolwiek oświadczenia w formie pisemnej.”

Oczywiście, w ten sposób, rozpocznie się policyjne poszukiwanie próbek twojego pisma, z urzędów meldunkowych, wydziałów paszportowych, urzędów gdzie masz prawo jazdy, z banków, gdzie masz wzory podpisów i podania pisane własnoręcznie, także przeszukania domu czy mieszkania celem zabezpieczenia wszelkich twoich listów oraz rękopisów, ale zmienisz status na osobę podejrzaną o przestępstwo! Czasem lepiej być podejrzanym, bo podejrzanemu wolno kłamać, a świadkowi nie. Świadek za kłamanie podlega odpowiedzialności karnej, podejrzany nie. Oczywiście rodzina przeżyje koszmar wielogodzinnej rewizji, przeszukania miejsca zamieszkania, zameldowania, biura czy stanowiska i szafek w zakładzie pracy. Zwolnienie z roboty murowane!

Nadużyć jest dużo, pomimo z pozoru dobrego prawa. Zatem w każdym wypadku nadużyć ze strony policji czy prokuratorów należy przestępców z tej instytucji publicznie piętnować opisując relacje z ich przekrętów na prawie!

Artykuły o Świadkach i Podejrzanych z Kodeksu Postępowania Karnego

art. 190

§ 1. Przed rozpoczęciem przesłuchania należy uprzedzić świadka o odpowiedzialności karnej za zeznanie nieprawdy lub zatajenie prawdy.

§ 2. W postępowaniu przygotowawczym świadek podpisuje oświadczenie, że został uprzedzony o tej odpowiedzialności.

art. 191

§ 1. Przesłuchanie rozpoczyna się od zapytania świadka o imię, nazwisko, wiek, zajęcie, miejsce zamieszkania, karalność za fałszywe zeznanie lub oskarżenie oraz stosunek do stron.

§ 2. Świadka należy uprzedzić o treści art. 182, a o treści art. 183 oraz art. 185, jeżeli ujawnią się okoliczności objęte tymi przepisami.

§ 3. Jeżeli zachodzi uzasadniona obawa użycia przemocy lub groźby bezprawnej wobec świadka lub osoby najbliższej w związku z jego czynnościami, może on zastrzec dane dotyczące miejsca zamieszkania do wyłącznej wiadomości prokuratora lub sądu. Pisma procesowe doręcza się wówczas do instytucji, w której świadek jest zatrudniony, lub na inny wskazany przez niego adres.

art. 192

§ 1. Jeżeli karalność czynu zależy od stanu zdrowia pokrzywdzonego, nie może on sprzeciwić się oględzinom i badaniom nie połączonym z zabiegiem chirurgicznym lub obserwacją w zakładzie leczniczym.

§ 2. Jeżeli istnieje wątpliwość co do stanu psychicznego świadka, jego stanu rozwoju umysłowego, zdolności postrzegania lub odtwarzania przez niego postrzeżeń, sąd lub prokurator może zarządzić przesłuchanie świadka z udziałem biegłego lekarza lub biegłego psychologa, a świadek nie może się temu sprzeciwić.

§ 3. Przepisów § 1 i 2 nie stosuje się do osób, które odmówiły zeznań lub zostały od nich zwolnione na podstawie art. 182 § 1 i 2 lub art. 185.

§ 4. Dla celów dowodowych można również świadka, za jego zgodą, poddać oględzinom ciała i badaniu lekarskiemu lub psychologicznemu.

art. 192a

§ 1. W celu ograniczenia kręgu osób podejrzanych lub ustalenia wartości dowodowej ujawnionych śladów można pobrać odciski daktyloskopijne, wymaz ze śluzówki policzków, włosy, ślinę, próby pisma, zapach, wykonać fotografię osoby lub dokonać utrwalenia głosu. Po wykorzystaniu w sprawie, w której dokonano pobrania lub utrwalenia, pobrany lub utrwalony materiał zbędny dla postępowania należy niezwłocznie usunąć z akt i zniszczyć.

§ 2. W wypadkach, o których mowa w § 1, za zgodą osoby badanej biegły może również zastosować środki techniczne mające na celu kontrolę nieświadomych reakcji organizmu tej osoby.

§ 3. Badania i czynności, o których mowa w § 1 i art. 192 § 1, wykonuje się odpowiednio w warunkach i w sposób określony w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 74 § 4.

We are appealing against the religious persecutions of Hindu Himavanti Confraternity Order, its Head Ryszard Matuszewski (Paramahansa Lalit Mohan Baba-Ji) who is currently imprisoned, and other leaders of the HCO who are persecuted in democratic country, which Poland claims to be. We are asking for help, support and intervention in the never-ending and strengthening discrimination of Ryszard Matuszewski and the Himavanti Confraternity Order. All information is included in the Chronology of Persecutions. Different kinds of actions against the HCO have been ongoing for almost 10 years now! In Poland, it is impossible to obtain any help.

1. Ryszard Mohan Matuszewski – yogi, pacifist, socialist, ecologist, philosopher, writer, poet (author of a few thousand pages of texts about Yoga, Ecology, Spirituality and Culture of the East), active and radical protector of animals’ rights. Actively and decidedly contrasts against all non-tolerance (racial or religious), social oppression, poverty and backwardness!!! GREEN DEMOCRACY promoter (state without any violence), for which Mahatma Mohandas Gandhi had fought!!!

2. Ryszard Matuszewski is persecuted for his „inconvenient” views, for actively promoting Sivah Yoga all over Poland, for his constant fight with intolerance, loudly criticising social injustice and exploitation, revealing misuses of rights by judges and prosecutors, for criticising and revealing dishonourable acts of inquisition!

3. Since 1996 till now he is a victim of controlled, hateful propaganda and battue led by anti-sect centres and activists who aim at liquidation of moves promoting philosophy of East, Yoga, Hinduism, Shivaism, New Age, ecology, etc. A consequence of this enlarged by media (TV, press)  propaganda is the intensification of persecution of Ryszard Matuszewski and all members of the Himavanti Confraternity Order (where he is a leader). They are persecuted by the Police, the Central Inquiring Department and anonymous bandits as well. Ryszard Matuszewski was often beaten till losing consciousness by policemen (in arrest, in prison), which can be certified by people who have lived with him in one cell. He was imprisoned for years in hard conditions, without any sentence and kept in a lunatic asylum in Rybnik (where he was stuffed with very dangerous psychotropic medicines – to make him silent forever) despite many psychiatric opinions confirming his good mental health.

4. The line of controlled attacks on him seems to be endless! These attacks are aimed at a strong and charismatic person, who Ryszard Mohan Matuszewski is, and they aim to eliminate him from public life. Till now, he has been groundlessly imprisoned for over 5 years, and persecution for him began in 1996, when he tried to register Himavanti Confraternity Order as a communion in former Department of confessions by the cabinet.

5. We firmly protest against the persecution of Ryszard Matuszewski, casting aspersions on the Himavanti Confraternity Order! We protest against manipulation of public opinion, which has caused cruel persecutions of Ryszard Matuszewski and members of Himavanti Confraternity Order and their families!

6. Ryszard Matuszewski, as a yogi and pacifist, had never used psychical of physical violence against anybody, and accusing him of planning an assassination of Pope John Paul the Second and for attempts of attempting to disturb the following pilgrimages of Benedict XVI is nothing but a manipulation of anti-cultural and apologetic centres. Nowadays, the intensification of propaganda is so strong that even the most absurd, made-up nonsense about Ryszard Matuszewski and the Himavanti Confraternity Order is immediately considered as a fact. Furthermore, this is a cause of a series of persecutions, repressions, and groundless and unjust imprisonment of Ryszard. All these and many similar actions are, unfortunately, examples of totalitarianism, not democracy!

7. We demand immediate discontinuation of persecutions and repressions of Ryszard Matuszewski!!! We demand liberating yogi and pacifist, ecologist and philosopher, defender of Human Rights – Ryszard Mohan Matuszewski, and stopping the hateful media propaganda, started and supported by socially harmful fascist organisations and anti-sect Centres!!!

Ryszard Matuszewski (Swami Baba Lalit Mohan G.K.) represents Hindu religion and its traditional methods of spiritual development derived from India. He is the head of shivaic part of Hinduism called the Himavanti Confraternity Order, which is congregation of people practicing tantra, yoga and cult methods of spiritual development.

In February 1983 He received his initiation into Laya Yoga from the hands of Swami Baba Shyam Charan Shivananda from Darjeeling, through direct transmission (Dikshan – Darshan), which took place in the Holy Presence of His Guru. He was granted the right to spread the ancient teachings and practices in 1986, when he started conducting courses on chakras. Since 1989 he has also been imparting initiatory transmissions concerning the ancient path of Laya Yoga, as he is one of numerous teachers in the West who have the full powers of transmission, covering the entire Himavanti path of Laya Yoga. Apart from his spiritual activities he is also an ecologist, a philosopher, a poet and a writer. He is a member of many different international organizations set up to help people and to propagate either science or moral and ethical values. Himavanti Confraternity Order is a mysterious and esoteric shivaic order which continues the spiritual teachings of the ancient Laya Yoga or, as some would call it, the mysterious knowledge and practices with chakras. The Himavanti Confraternity Order has been operating in Poland since the year 1983 and remains the biggest esoteric school of spiritual development based on the mystery of the traditional shivaic yoga and Sanathana Dharma – the eternal Vedic knowledge.

(Ryszard Matuszewski) is the Sufi Spiritual Master Pir Akbar Suachani al-Hadjij, as well as teachers and spiritual masters such as Diana Holland, Murshid Atum Oâ€Kane or Pir Vilayat. Another spiritual mentor of lalit Mohan G.K. is also a great Tamil Mahasiddha and Avatar, Gurudeva Swami Premananda Maharaj. Needless to mention the late Japanese Master Yichihara Imoto, who made it possible for Him to delve into the mysteries of ki energy, aikido, Oâ€motokyo, kiatsu, mudra, reiki, as well as other secrets of eastern arts. The priority of a Spiritual Master of Laya Yoga is to eliminate the sufferings and burden of Samsara which rests on His disciples and followers by resorting to the spiritual practice process. Karana Guru introduces his initiated students into the power of Mahavakya (Words of Potency), as well as into the awareness of Tattvamasi (I Am This).
